Dr. Cefalu and his entire staff are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Our entire family have been visiting the office for over 5 years and have received excellent care. Very little wait time and they are always available for glasses adjustments and help.

Dr Cefalu is very friendly and personable and took a lot of time to diagnose my issue and now I have by far the best prescription I have ever had. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as were Scott and Vickie who assisted me with my glasses and prescription. I really appreciate all your help and the ease of doing business there. When I went for my last annual exam on March 21 of this year the office had changed to Novus. The receptionist and staff had all changed. There were several things that took place that were upsetting to me. First, confusion over my bill. Second I found out that the written script I was given wasn't even for me but for a male. Third I had to drive back for a corrected script that was mine but incorrect. More to my story but I'll run out of characters!
