I seen Dr.Keith and she’s a joke. She misdiagnosed me. I came to see her for irregular cycles and that I was trying to have a baby and she told me to just lose weight. Here to find out from a different doctor I had a softball Dermoid cyst on my right ovary that twisted it and killed it off. If she would have taken the time to actually listen it would have been caught early and my ovary would have been saved.

It was a great expediency w easy access and little time waited.

Office is disorganized and inefficient to the point it is dangerous to take advice from the medical staff. Terrible listening skills, arrogant and disrespectful to patient’s time. Appointments run chronically late and I was given the wrong prescription that led to 6+ months of negative side effects, home testing equipment twice, ordered multiple expensive and unnecessary tests. I tried speaking with the office manager (who always seems to be out of the office) but nothing changed. Please go anywhere else.

I went to an appointment there last summer when I was 6 months postpartum. I wanted to get blood work since I was having such a hard time losing my baby weight. They drew blood, but obviously didn’t have immediate results. Even without these results, the doctor proceeded to scold me for how much weight I’d gained during pregnancy and said my issue was because I wasn’t trying hard enough. She continued to bring up over and over how much I’d gained (as though I wasn’t aware) without even knowing the numerous complications I’d had during the entire pregnancy since I didn’t see her at all during those 9 months.After being scolded relentlessly for several minutes, I was so upset that I started to cry. The doctor then asked if I had any suicidal thoughts or thoughts about hurting my baby… even though SHE was the one who drove me to tears! Sorry, but we’re not all toothpicks, sweetheart. I was beyond irate and never went back.Fast forward to this summer. I get a call about my upcoming appointment. I called and spoke with someone to cancel it because I didn’t even make the appointment since I don’t go to the office anymore. I was under the impression it was taken care of.A few weeks later, I get a bill for $50.00 for my no call-no show. I just had to call AGAIN to dispute it. I asked for a printout so I can be sure it’s taken care of, but we’ll see.Stay away from this office!

Doctors and nurses are very good and helpful but on reception people are the worst.you have to wait long then hour

Green Family Practice used to be a great place to go for health care. Now if you can even get ahold of them on the phone, they schedule you for appointments and when you show up you’re turned away and told you’re not on the schedule and they are unable to fit you in. So much for Community or Patient care and that goes for their providers as well as office staff. Don’t waste your time, find another family practice to go to.

It was incredible. We went for a wellness exam, that was supposed to be covered by the insurance, but because we ask for a refill, they charge us because a wellness test is just the test, YOU DONT HAVE TO MENTION ANYTHING ELSE. NOT EVEN ASK FOR A REFILL. Otherwise they are going to charge you, even when is the same appointment, same doctor, same time.....

Through good times and bad, Dr.Borges and staff have been there to provide comfort and correct diagnosis. I am very happy with the help they provide for my family and me. I can't thank them enough.

Dr’s are great. Support staff are terrible. 45 min wait for a TB test injection and 30 min for a flu shot. Really???
