I had nothing short of a perfect experience with Dr. Kumpf and his whole staff. He spent the time needed to help me understand my options and what to expect from each one. I am a very happy patient.

Wish there was a way to give Dr Kumpf an “A” and his followup care staff an “F”. I’ve had post-surgical issues and questions and have left 3 phone messages out of the last 4 days with not one return phone call by anyone—and unfortunately no other way to contact the office. 👎👎

Dr. Kumpf is wonderful, I highly recommend him. He cares about you, not just doing a surgery. He wants you as strong and healthy going into surgery. I will always be thankful he was my surgeon.

Had the pleasure of becoming a new patient of Dr. Kumpf's earlier this year . Personality, and bedside manner are 5 stars... his gifted hands (can not be rated)... I had a procedure on my stomach 3yrs ago and the scar healed into a thick ugly keloid. Mind you I had a revision 2yrs ago (different surgeon) in hopes of thinning the scar that ended with once again (thick keloid) met with Dr Kumpf he gave me his opinion on what could be done and the results are absolutely amazing... Thank You

Dr. Kumpf has an excellent bedside manner, surrounds himself with a caring and competent team of caregivers and follows up on my progress after seeing him. He talks with me enough to understand my concerns before clearly presenting the options available to me . He has a very professional, but kind way, of presenting the hard facts that need to be heard and understood. His Coworkers obviously respect and admire him and try to live up to his high standards of care.

I just love him!! He did such a wonderful job with the skin cancer I had. So very caring . What a blessing he is!!!!

I was referred to Dr. Kumpf for a consultation for a breast reduction. Dr. Kumpf's bedside manner, professionalism, and overall (our) interaction was very positive. His expertise is as good as one operating in Beverly HIls, CA. The procedure was eventually approved and from that point on, everything Dr. Kumpf did was with purpose and explanation; his technique was superb. He made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. There was minimal pain, and the healing was very smooth. I am so happy with the result. I am now without back pain, and equally as important, the appearance leaves me in awe. His staff was also very pleasant . Thank you Dr. Kumpf. Highly recommend this doctor...... he will not disappoint.

Dr. Kumpf is a wonderful doctor! I will continue to recommened him to everyone I know that need the service he provides! He has wonderful bedside manners, very thorough, and very meticulous in his work. His staff also is very warm and friendly! I can't say enough about how superior Dr. Kumpf is and I think all Dr's should practice his same qualities! I wish you much success as your practice grows!

I had Dr. Kumpf do a breast reduction on me 3 weeks ago. He did an excellent job. I have never had a single problem with him. He makes me feel very comfortable every time I see him at his office, and is very professional. He did an excellent job on my surgery. All his staff at the Smith Clinic in Marion, Ohio were also very caring and nice. If anyone in the Marion area needs any kind of plastic surgery, I highly recommend they go through Dr. Kumpf.
