Just came in from working in our large front yard, and I largely credit Dr. VanGorp for my heartiness and agility at age 83. He performed my complicated hip revision surgeries at The University of Toledo Medical Center and Research Hospital in 2001 and 2002. Thanks to his excellent work, twenty years later I am still able to do about anything I want.

Dr. VanGorp did knee replacement for me 2019. I just finished a 3mi race under 1 hr by walking jogging walking. Knee did not hurt.! My kids said he did awesome job since 6 mo ago I wasn't walking.!

Dr. Van Gorp has been my surgeon since 2002. He has done 2 total knee replacements. 2 total hip replacements, and a knee revision after some plastic wore out after 18 years. Excellent results with all these surgeries. No infections, no complications. He is dedicated to his patients and he has improved my life more than he will ever know. He is simply the best. I travel 4 hours one way to see him because I have total confidence in him.

I can't say enough good things about this surgeon and his team. Two weeks after my hip replacement I was able to walk without the aid of a walker or cane. patient care was exemplary, from Dr. Van Gorp, right down through his PA-C Bob Kiffmeyer, to his nurse Dawn. Dr. Van Gorp truly spends time with his patients, making sure they understand all options. I've never been more comfortable with a surgeon and I've had 8 surgeries now. The excruciating sciatic nerve pain I had is completely gone!

Dr. Van Gorp replaced both my Left and Right hips. He is an AMAZING, GIFTED Surgeon and I recommend him to everyone!!!!!! He is professional, extremely easy to talk with...exceptional surgeon/person.....

Dr.Van Gorp replaced my hip March 13th, 2017. He did a excellent job, I could hardly walk I was using my cane all the time and my pain in my hip was terrible. I just turned 72 Years old in July and I feel wonderful, and I am walking without my cane now unless I am on uneven ground. I started mowing my own lawn again and have a lot better out look on life enjoying time with my family. I would recommend Dr. Van Gorp to everyone he is also kind and concerned about his patients. Thank you!
