Excellent patient care!

Dr Haffez is an outstanding Dr. I have been seeing him for over 15 years . He is very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. He treats you as person not a Number. He took the time many years ago to help me when several others only "guessed" . He has a heart of gold! I will forever be grateful for him. Mr. Kurt.. I also see him , He is also outstanding.. I recommend Both. Kurt, has compassion and listens when you talk. He has made a great addition to the team.. THE OFFICE GIRLS.. THEY ARE OUTSTANDING!! Amy & Jasmine always go above and beyond to help!

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🧠I want to say thank you for being an outstanding Medical Professional. Today was the most relief I’ve felt from these exhausting headaches and ear pain since 12/04/2021. I’ve never had headaches in the past. My trauma is newly onset. I experienced SHL out of nowhere. The way that Dr. Hafeez took the time with me to listen and understand my pain was absolutely outstanding. I’ve been on a journey to only have ultimately perfect medical professionals in my life and I just added this Doctor to my ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️line up. How blessed was I to be checked in by Jasmine and then assessed by Amy and Savanna. You could really tell they enjoyed their job and loved Doctor. He got my recent CT from my chart and greeted me in the exam room where he was very specific in asking for a detailed history. It was a very surreal moment having a doctor care and ask certain questions to help him with my prognosis. During the office visit he decided on doing a set of nerve block injections and without hesitation administered them himself. I was very trusting and he earned 100% of my respect during our visit. This is my first visit and I was blown away. He listened and he made a plan of treatment. He sent over scripts and handed me my MRI order and said “see you in 3 weeks”. He gave me a new folder with migraine exercises and helpful tools for my new adventure. It has been a rough few months, but worth every bit if this helps me. I cannot say enough positive things about this office, it’s medical professionals and Dr. Hafeez. Good doctors are hard to find. If he takes his time with every first time patient the way he did with me, you are blessed. A patient of his in the waiting room even mentioned that he was worth the wait while I was filing out the new patient information packet. I didn’t know what she meant at first, but now I do. We make time for the things that are important to us. I will make time for this doctor as he took his time with me today. I would wait for this visit every time because I did today and it was such a good choice. Beautiful facility, awesome staff and a hell of a follow through. Thank you Dr. Hafeez. Please find strength in all good things. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update! I’ve went again and this time I saw Dr. Hafeez NP, Dr. Munson. Another outstanding visit. Just the personal care this facility provides and it’s medical professionals are above and beyond. Absolutely one of my favorites. Thank you all again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update, 05/17/2022 Just had a visit with NP Kirt Munson. Outstanding again. Listened to my issues and then quickly set out my treatment plan. Thank you again Savanna for being an awesome MA and as always thank you Jasmine and Wyasia for a pleasant check in and check out. I come here for relief for my migraines and pain. I’m blessed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update:06/30/2022 What a great encounter again. Today it was with Dr. Hafeez himself. I was there for nerve blocks. I’m telling you straight up facts that this man is a professional and he takes my health very seriously and administers exactly what he believes will help me. He is a very humble and intelligent man. Just wow 🤩 again. He cares about his patients and his office staff along with his MA. I appreciate Savanna and Jasmine. Thank you for being the highlight of my day once again. Feeling blessed. Update: I still come to this office for at least a couple years now and if it wasn't for Dr. Hafeez and Kurt Munson, I would still probably be suffering with uncontrollable migraines. Since coming to this office I have not had to make any ER visits for my headaches. They tried everything until something worked. I have been through a couple Neurologists along with a few other specialists and I have had the least amount of migraines and pain with Dr. Hafeez. He has really tried to help me and takes time to listen to my symptoms and concerns. I have lived with chronic neck pain and migraines for about 3 years and I finally feel like I am on the right track to getting my life back.

Dr Hafeez is a wonderful physician today was my first visit and when I tell you his staff and himself treated me like I was top priority and I appreciate that to the fullest I’ve been dealing with a lot through out my life and he was their to listen and that meant a lot it’s hard to find a dr that cares about not only his job but his patients as well THANK YOU ALL MELISSA

Always have to wait at least 2 hours to see the doctor. He is a nice guy and seems very knowledgeable. But it's extremely hard to see see for his appointments. Your appointment time is not kept. I have tried several different times of the day for appointments and still have to wait at least 2 hours before the doctor sees me. I also had a severe of reaction to his medicine and have yet to hear back from him after calling every week for a month and a 1/2. For a migraine prevention doctor, he did seem to cause a lot of headaches! Fun fact that little joke is told by at least one other patient while we are all miserably waiting.

Excellent, I have been with Dr haffez for 15 years . He has always put my well being and health above all.. He is a fabulous caring and compassionate Dr. One of the very Best!!!

I find Dr Hafeez to be one of my favorite doctors. He is one of the few physicians from whom I receive effective care for.my migraines and FMS. Good bedside manner.

He is always helpful. He talks with me about all my concerns to help find the right treatment. I’m now managing my headaches.

When Jasmine calls to push your appointment back, and you say no, because you have to go to work, and they have already pushed your appointment back once, know that she pushed your appointment back anyway, and you will SIT IN AN EXAM ROOM FOR 90 MINUTES until they get to the time they wanted to push you back to, and you will be late for work. Thanks for getting me in trouble at work, Jasmine.
