My many years of appointments have always been excellent. The one problem is that the many frames for eye glasses available are very high-priced. I have NO money problems, but can get equally good and lasting frames in several local places for 25% of their price.

I was Dr. Suh's patient for over 10 years with no complaints until a year ago when I went in for a routine exam consisting of a peripheral vision test and an eye pressure exam, which took about 45 minutes. Imagine my surprise when, a couple of month later I received a bill for a refractive exam which is not covered by insurance nor was the exam performed. A year later I am still receiving bills for the $30 balance even though I have complained repeatedly.

He is knowledgeable.Thorough examinations are conducted. Explains conditions in simple terms with illustrations if there is need to, provides options available to address conditions aidentified and risks associated with the surgery to be conducted. Always optimistic and encouraging.
