I went to the emergency room last night with an ear infection and everyone from registration to the nurses to the doctor that helped me were all amazing! They did what they could in a hurry to help give me relief for my terrible pain. These ladies and gentlemen always do their best to give you the best care as fast as they can and I appreciate each and every one of them!

they dont return calls ya want to schedule they say well have to call you back been 2 months still waiting, they say they called me , no missed calls on phone.

Told me they are in my insurance network. After 2 visits and 4 fillings later my insurance company informs me they're not. Now I have a outragous bill to pay. No one ever answers the phone when I call and out of like 10 tries they answered once, put me on hold and hung up on me. Never going here again

Van Wert health is actively deteriorating my mental health. Go for hernia issue, get surgery scheduled, 10 days of anxiety for it, then canceled 14 hours before the procedure. Have to get stress test, get it scheduled, month of anxiety for it, get into room and told I can't get it done because I walk with a cane. On top of all this, I have had to have the old insurance removed from your computer system every time I come for anything. At least half a dozen times I've been reassured "I don't know how they did it last time, but it's done this time"

Went in for bad foot pain. I knew it was broken from previous times of breaking it. People were friendly but went down for xrays felt they did a sloppy job of taking the images. Dr came back aftering reviewing said it was fine. Next day went to a podiatrist and they found it WAS broken. Unless I'm dying I'm not going back. Wasted money.

Last time great doctor, quick, and informative. This time thrown in a room over an hour waiting for a covid test for my daughter. Lab tech rude and uninformative said we should know the protocol instead of explaining the next steps to take while waiting for results. Not impressed.

When I arrived, I'd been to 2 other emergency rooms. Neither providing me the service , or even better the peace of mind that my nurse provided. Ron I think was his name. Really a great help. Had he alone been my nurse and doctor, I'd rate higher . Just his smile alone was a great thing haha. Thank you ( Excuse me if I did get the name wrong ) Ron !!!

Worse care ever... My son went there bleeding, took him an hour and half to be seen, no x-ray, no MRI, no stitches...sent home. Next morning leg was swollen, hot and red... He is now in Lutheran hospital on IV antibiotics.. Very care.poor.
