Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I can't say enough good and positive things about this location and the employees. I have been battling getting my leg straight after breaking both bones and having compartment syndrome for over a year. I have been to 4 different physical therapy places and even done water therapy. I was 8° from being straight now I'm 1° hyper extended. I would highly recommend anyone come here and even if it means you drive for any direction for up to an hour. They are friendly, show they truly care about you and your situation, no matter what it is. Beyond knowledgeable and not only have it but share it too. Professional and willing to push you to do the best you can but also know when you're doing more than you can and adjusting your work out. I hope that after my last surgery I will be able to continue coming here and make the full recovery I know I can!

Athletico in Vandalia helped me gain my strength back very quickly so I could get back on the soccer field in no time! The staff at Athletico is very personal with each of their patients and truly cares about their patient’s wellness and success.

Everyone is very kind. They take great care of everyone. At Athletico they listen to what I have to say and evaluate it to find the best possible solutions to my in jury.

I had two total knee replacement surgeries in the last 7 months! The care and attention to my recovery was phenomenal! Stacey runs a Great Rehab Center! I always felt that all of her people listen and adjust treatment to what ever issues may pop up! They truly care and are compassionate to what you are going through! I had gone to Kettering Therapy in Englewood initially for my first surgery in December of last year I would not recommend anybody go there! It was barbaric! And they had no compassion or care of how you were doing! Worst experience ever! Very happy I found Athletico! Will be back after my next surgery and will continue to direct people there! Thank you for all that everyone did for me!

Everyone at the Vandalia office was so welcoming, well-educated and understanding. Cassidy at the front desk was so upbeat and friendly, she knew everyone that walked in the door by name, she made it her mission to put me and everyone at ease. Caleb was the main therapist that worked with me was incredibly supportive. He gave me the tools I needed to make sure my back was no longer an issue in my life. I have a lot more confidence since working with him because I have been able to stretch out my back and avoid spasms and calling off work. He’s personable and he became a professional friend. I appreciated that he would push me further each appointment because he was sure I could handle it. I know he will help countless people get back on their feet again. Austin was also wonderful and supportive. He knows his job and I felt secure working with him. I didn’t get to work with Stacie but I know she is a PT genius from the team she runs. I always appreciated that while she was giving 100% of her attention to her patients, she was also watching and would give compliments, such as good form, etc. Overall, I would recommend Athletico to anyone and everyone that needs a safe, supportive and educated place to get back on their feet.
