Had to wait two hours just for a blood test. My last 3 times the wait has been 2 hours. Was giving them another chance but they failed again. I will be finding a new doctor. Do not recommend this practice.

We love Dr Couch. He always takes time to explain things and answer our questions. He is really nice and sweet to little kids also. Office is clean but down side is that receptionists are unkind.
