List of Josephine Randazzo's Reviews
Horrible horrible horrible Appointment was at 245 she didn’t come walking in until 420 all to tell us there’s nothing she can do because the nursing home didn’t send us with the right papers. Then by 440 was rushing us out the door. Obviously she was ready to go right at closing. Very rude. Talks over you. Very demeaning. If you want your relative or yourself to have good care she is not the one!
I really like Dr.Randazzo she's very patient and explanatory and seems to care about her patients
We love Dr Randazzo, her abrupt and blunt bedside manner can be taken wrong by sensitive patients, but she does not sugar coat anything. She is direct and to the point and is familiar with your personal situation and makes sure everything is being done to keep you in the best condition possible. We never feel rushed and as any doctors office there is usually somewhat of a wait, but not much. Our phone calls are always returned within 24 hours. You can also get a quick reply on MyChart to her nurse. She gives you time to speak and express any concerns. She’s on top of tests and bloodwork. We couldn’t ask for a better cardiologist, she and Dr Rush saved my husbands life and ensured he was in the best possible condition before releasing him from the hospital. It seems negative reviews are reflective on the personal sensitivity of the patient.
The fact that they were already over an hour behind schedule when my appointment was at 8:45am is completely unacceptable. It’s bad enough that she has changed her location to add 40 minutes to my travel time to get to her, but to make me wait more than an hour is just plain rude. I will definitely be looking foe another provider!!
If you ever need them to call in refills for medication, good luck. Been leaving messages for a week now for three refills on several vital heart meds to no avail.
The title says it all. She's rude and if you need prescriptions called in for refills start several weeks before you run out. Will be finding a different doctor.
She rushes through appointment and doesn’t encourage any input from the patient. Therefore, you have a tendency to be taken as a number and not a patient.
I believe she gave my mom the wrong meds that caused her death.
This is the worst Dr I have ever been to she is mean nasty you cant talk to her I inherited her do to my Dr. going over to premier been having problems told her it was my heart having burning in my arm she set me up with stress test back in the summer went out of kettering network got it done cheaper to save myself 1600 dollars she didnt hardly want to approve it finally got approved said my test was good still having problems she said i had back problems which i dont strond as a ox so she said she would set me up to get carotid artery check waited for 2 months finally called up told kettering dont want to use her anymore fired her gave me a decent Dr. he did a cath on me I have 3 arteries in my heart that are blocked I am looking to sue her at this point do not use her look at her ratings
I had a heart attack and this doctor had no concern at all for my condition. She mostly wanted me to know how self important she was and how busy she was and how she had no time for me. The staff actually told me she had a horrible attitude towards them as well and to pay no attention to her horrible bedside manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
