Friendly, honest, listens and discusses options. The entire staff is extremely caring and kind. ❤ I am the biggest baby with anything medical. Unfortunately, I had a serious problem and Cindy (CPN) literally took the time to match me with the perfect specialist for me. Not all people are the same. Thank you for finding me a specialist I trust and like. After a year fear, Thanks to my health care heroes 💖 I'm getting my life back!! Bless you all 🙏 🙏 🙏 🤲

I have been taking my 97 year old step-mother to Dr. Raines for about 5+ yrs now. He is incredible. He genuinely cares about what is best for his patients. He is very caring and patient. His explanation and directions are very clear. His advice to me, her POA and caregiver, has been practical and invaluable. I highly recommend Dr. Raines. He is obviously great with geriatric patients, and given the personality I am familiar with, would be terrific with kids and adults as well. Kudos to his staff as well. They are all efficient and pleasant, I've never had an issue with any of them. The other plus is, in over five years there was only one incident of a longer wait time. Even then, the staff kept us informed and gave us the reason for the delay and the option to reschedule. It was impressive.

Dr. Raines is amazing! He spends time with his patients, listens to them whole heartedly and offers advice or a specialist vs prescribing Rx to fix the problem. He is compassionate, professional, thorough and is a fine example of what a Primary Care Physician should be! We are so blessed having him care for our family.
