I work agency & This is by far the most racist facility I’ve been to the employees were rude as well as the nurse and they even make up lies that aren’t true DO NOT WORK HERE THEY ARE LIARS!

Management Is a joke. No one worries about any concerns or issues inside the facility. If your not one the bosses friends then you get looked down upon.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. Working here for 7 months was something I would not take back. HR was so nice to me it felt like I was a part of a family. Michael was THE best boss I've ever had, without a doubt. If more places treated their employees the way the village does, the world would be a better place and people would be much happier. This is also one of the nicest retirement homes I've ever seen. I have seen some horrible excuses for old folk homes but this place really put into perspective that there are still places that are passionate about their goal. All the nurses are great, management was amazing, and overall one of the best experiences of work I've ever had. Would recommend working or living here to anyone.

I so glad I found such a wonderful place to work for. This was a big change for me and you couldn’t find a better place for your love ones to live and get to meet new friends. The staff is wonderful and loving and so caring. The food is good and the care is amazing. So if anyone has a loved one that needs a good place to live I recommend the Village of Saint Edwards in Wadsworth.❤️😊

This week my mom ~who is Independent living at St.Edwards ~has needed some assistance . I can not say enough good things about the staff there. So many people have helped in so many ways~just to name a few-Mindy Keller~Mike (head of housekeeping)~Becky(director of nursing)~Megan~Natalie ~Monica~Jasmine and so many more who I know have been there for her. We are so blessed to have this beautiful facility in our community. Thank you for choosing Wadsworth and for all of the wonderful staff at the Village.
