Yet another well deserved 5-Star review for Dr. Ross.Based on reviews, I chose him as my new PCP and I couldn't be happier. He gave me a very thorough exam. He is sharp as a tack and has the patience you would hope for in a doctor.This is the way all doctor visits should be, on time and hassle free with a concern for my total overall health.

Dr. Ross is the best doctor I have ever had. He is compassionate, patient, kind, extremely smart in his own right, exceedingly knowledgeable in his field of medicine, generous, and reassuring. That list doesn't even begin to cover all of the wonderful qualities Dr. Ross brings to his work. When I have had multiple issues/requests at once or have been nervous to ask about something, Dr. Ross always makes me feel like I am completely normal and never allows me to worry that I might be asking for too much of his time. He also uses just the right amount of humor to ease any nerves I might have. Dr. Ross is very professional. I had always seen female doctors in the past, but I trusted Dr. Ross instantly. I would send my whole family to him if I could. Even during this hectic pandemic, Dr. Ross has been responsive to my trivial questions and taken anything I am concerned about seriously. I could not possibly recommend Dr. Ross more highly.

Compassionate, kind, brilliant, patient, knowledgeable, attentive are just a few words to describe Dr Ross. He stepped up and came through to help my 99 year old mother in ways no other physician has. He listened to our questions and responded in ways that were understandable and informative. We arelucky to have found him.

Excellent doctor. Very caring towards his patients. Responds quick to concerns. His office staff have excellent customer service. If I could give more stars I would!!!! Thank you Dr Ross and his team for providing excellent care and going above and beyond.

Dr. Ross is my new PCP and he's been great! His office got me in right away when I had a terrible cough/cold and I didn't wait long to see the doctor once I was there. He asked a lot of questions, was very professional, took his time examining me, and made recommendations which I was comfortable with. He solved every problem I came to him with. He also gave me his email in case I had questions, which is nice to be able to contact your doctor that way. I would highly recommend having Dr. Ross as your PCP and am glad I finally found a great doctor here in Beverly Hills. Thanks Dr. Ross!

Dr. Ross has been my PCP for over a year now and I'm so happy. I've seen other doctors in LA but none of them were the right fit. He's smart, patient, and takes the time to explain things and hear concerns. He also follows up, which is so refreshing. He emailed me to explain my blood panel results, and responds to questions quickly.

Extremely attentive and caring (He contacted me via email to see how I was doing after a specific visit). I felt comfortable asking about anything and everything that concerned me and received quality answers. Dr Ross actually listens to you and encourages questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent. Told me when my fears were unfounded and when they were legitimate. Has that rare mix of confidence and expertise coupled with humility. I would recommend Dr Ross to anybody looking for an excellent Dr with a non alarmist but serious approach to medical matters

After 20 years of seeing an incredible physician, I found out he could no longer take my insurance. It was very upsetting, but, it was a huge relief finding Dr. Ross. He is bright, kind and very accommodating. He returns calls, is very knowledgeable and has an assistant who is very helpful! I would give him 5 stars, but, that would be after a year of being his patient! But so far, really good!

Review is NOT for Dr. Ross (I think he is super amazing and a great doctor--like all the reviews here for him!)This review is for his admin team. To shorten a long winded horrible experience, insurance is a nightmare in itself as it can be difficult to understand on the admin/patient's end. However, the biller of Dr. Ross and his front desk receptionist is not professional. After my initial preventative wellness visit, I was told by the receptionist (Jasmin) that I owed a co-pay. I mentioned that my insurance covers wellness exams but instead of trying to explain things better, she laughed. To be honest, if I were in her shoes and worked in this industry long enough, I would have had an amusing thought as well since patients often do not want to pay what they owe at times. But, at the end of the day, we're in a professional environment and Jasmin could have taken a different path to explain to me what the process was. Process being they charge patients but depending on the insurance, I may get a refund. Dr. Ross was really awesome about it though. He overheard the conversation and mentioned that if the service is applicable, I should be getting a refund. I did get my refund after a few weeks but now the biller is claiming that I owe $2.40 for my remaining lab work dues (insurance mentioned that it was waived). Shared this with the biller when she called, biller started to rage and become hostile, so I hung up the phone call. All in all, after numerous conversations with a hostile biller, emails to Dr. Ross about his teams unprofessional mannerisms, and reaching out to my claims team, Dr. Ross is a great doctor but just be prepared with the billing piece of it.

Dr Ross's office never kept me waiting. He is knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain to you everything you need to know. I highly recommend him.
