I have no good or bad review with Dr. Matthew, have never seen or spoke to him but the Nurse that answered the phone was just down right RUDE.

I moved to Wapakoneta and need to get a new PPO. I went to Dr. Jose and when he asked why I need a new doctor and why haven't I had in in many years, he basically wrote me off as not wanting me as a patient. He said he was going to get my records from the last place I had tests done and take it from there. After two weeks of not hearing from him I called the office and was told they never recieved the records and they would check on it it is now a month later and still never heard from them. Now I am on the hunt for a PPO again and spending another copay to try to figure out what is wrong with my thyroid I moved to Wapakoneta and need to get a new PPO. Dr. Jose has been our family doctor for 23 years. We have moved out of town and even state. No matter what I have always been able to call him. He is one of the best doctors. You can’t find many that work 6 days a week and willing to help even on vacation.

Best Dr EVER!!! I am AMAZED at how far they go to treat and help you as a patient! They take care of you even if they are out of town. They worked for weeks finding a medication for us that was needed. They not only found it but found coupons to help with the cost! Like I said BEST DR EVER!!!

He's been my family doctor for over 15 years. Didn't care for my first born pediatrician, took my child to Dr Jose instead. Never bothered with a pediatrician with any of my other kids. That was almost 18 years ago. I trust this man and his staff with not only my own life and health but my children's as well. He is the best doctor around, hands down.
