I was yelled at and told that I was playing games with Dr Karnavus. She is a mean hateful person

Ashdown and Karnavas are great foot doctors in my opinion. They have been very helpful with my foot issues.

Front desk staff recognizes me every time. No need to give her my name when I walk in. The staff new I had someone in the waiting room with me even when I went to the rr first and asked if I brought somebody along ..as I usually bring staff back to calm my nerves. I tried telling him I only needed a shot in the right foot as there was no more pain in my left foot be he shot them both with cortisone anyways. At least he listened on where to inject my shot this time. He does keep trying to sell me rigid shoes and arched sandals. I have already bought insoles. I don’t like sandals between my toes due to sensory issues and he said I need a foot antiperspirant for sweat but I told him I sweat from anxiety.

I don't understand all these negative reviews! The doctor is great. I've been seeing him for years and the staff & receptionist are wonderful too! I only pulled their office up now to call them and make an appointment for my husband since he's experiencing issues with his foot & was shocked at the negative reviews. The doctor has such a passion for what he does and will answer all of your questions with patience and sincerity.

Dr. Ashdown, you have a steller assistant! He is such a caring, compassionate, and very considerate employee. He has a professional and doesn't mind listing to you regardless how long it takes, plus to get your shoes off. He needs to be employee of the month. Plus your9 receptionist is great also. Don't know why anyone would say those cruel words about him. Hope he dose not get reprimanded because of disgruntled people. It has been a month since I have been in the office. This experience was excellent as always. Jon was excellent! Did not have much of a wait, went to the exam room Jon was such a professional with attending to my foot, and so kind. Dr. A, I hope this young man stays in the podiatry field. Good job, Jon.

My husband has had issues with his feet for years and has been to many podiatrist with no results. We heard about Dr. Ashdown through a friend and decided to drive the distance to see if she could help. She has done wonders for my husband. He's not had any pain for over a month now, which has NEVER happened! I will recommend her all day long! As for the negative comments below about the assistant, I found him absolutely delightful, funny and full of energy! Not one negative thing to say about him after our many visits! I believe this is a situation of internet trolls looking to make themselves feel better!

They screwed my foot up in surgery now seein a real podiatrist to fix her screw up she cut bone to short put to short of screws and now will have permanant damage smh stay away from this place

I had very bad experience with her she did surgery screwed up and wanted to do surgery again so i decided to go to another Dr and to see what he has to say about it and come to find out I don't have to have surgery again he will be able to numb it and fix it oh and she likes to over charge so make sure to check your bills before you pay them
