Love this place

Brightview has saved my life and many others lives. I couldn't get out of the cycle of addiction and finally turned for help. Brightview was the first and only place I've been. Just on my second day of treatment, most everyone I came into contact with knew my name, treated me with respect and kindness, I have always felt comfortable since I started my journey back in August. They offer MATs with counseling, the ability to go to multiple groups (there are groups mon-thurs at the moment) including women only and men only options. The amount of support I have felt from each and every staff member has been astronomical. I don't feel judged, I don't feel like a number, I feel like a human being with feelings; getting help. If you're struggling and feel like you want to get on the sober path, with tremendous support and kindness, then Brightview is where you need to be. They accept all kinds of insurance, including medicaid. You can get your medicine right at Brightview. I know some people use other pharmacies but for me it saves me time and having to go two places. The staff at Brightview are angels, thank you guys for always doing an amazing job :)

I AM a patient and I adore this place and even more- the people. I love them all. They truly have helped me. I have been to a number of other places in the past, and no I don't doctor shop. I used to go to the place across the street from Brightview - Warren. I was there for almost 5 years. Those people just put bandaid on your problems. No real help. No listening. SOOOO.... from my experience, I can truly say that Brightview of Warren goes above and beyond for their patients. They take the time to ask questions, to listen, to document every little thing, and to call/email/text you with reminders and information they need to give to you. I dont know any other place that does all of these things and more. I know that if I call or message them, or even walk in....they would do whatever they could to help me. I am extremely grateful for them 🙏 ❤ ALL of them!!!! Funny thing is, I didnt look at reviews when I needed somewhere to go. I actually typed in "suboxone treatment in my area" and they were the first place that popped up and without hesitation I called and were able to help me practically immediately. And ever since then (nearly a year now in my case) they've been a blessing through and through. I wish that I could tell them all how amazing they are and how each one going from the receptionist(s) all the way to the nurses, coucelors, doctors and their in-house pharmacist. I mean it when I say that I don't know what I would do without them. They're quite a blessing.I consider them essential to my recovery and to my health.

Called them to ask about the services they provide and it was like pulling teeth. Should definitely hire people that don't have ignorant attitudes to answer the phones.

Brightview Health is an awesome company! I would recommend them to ANYONE needing their services. I have met the most kind people at Brightview and I enjoy working with this company. They really care about their clients and they show that through providing excellent care, and hiring friendly, compassionate individuals who are passionate about the work they do. brightview is definitely the leading addiction treatment clinic in the region. they really understand the disease of addiction and how to treat it. its encouraging to finally have providers who understand the brain chemistry of opioid and alcohol addiction. thank you for all you do!

The positive ratings on here are all from staff members. We were told to write positive 5 star reviews to artificially inflate our ranking on Google which few employees did because they couldn't give an honest 5 star ranking. Notice how no patients post on here. Think about both these points before going there
