Natalie Mondary's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Mondary approved me for sterilization at 28 with no kids. She made sure I knew it was permanent and did not try to talk me out of it. I got it done this morning at the age of 29. In a post-Roe world, having this choice be accessible is crucial for us who know we never desire pregnancy. She also addressed a health issue a friend of mine struggled with for over a decade in a single visit with a simple antibiotic. My friend had visited three gynos before and none had checked for this ailment. Dr. Mondary is a lifesaver, an asset to her profession and quite frankly a heroine. She respects bodily autonomy and is respectful of all who visit her office.

This is not a review of Dr. Mondary but a review of their billing department and process. Billing takes forever. It’s March and I just received a bill from a visit back in a October. I try to call in and pay it off but I keep getting the “user busy” tone. This isn’t the first time. This happens every single time I pay a bill. It’s 2022. Please spend the money and invest in a way for patients to pay bills online. I don’t have the time to chase down a person via phone multiple days in a row to pay a bill.

I had major issues with my last Gyno, I called Dr Mondary’s office expressing my concerns and questions, and I was scheduled to be seen immediately. Also, I was just blown away by how great Dr Mondary’s bedside manners are. She listened to my problems she helped me understand everything, I was treated that same day and I could not have asked for a better doctor. I highly recommend her!

Been calling since 9am on a Friday. Finally, 10:25 rolls around after calling every 5 mins to see if they’re in the office yet, i call the doctor on call. She advises me they frequently switch the phone service to “off” so they only have to deal with the patients in house. I’ve been trying since Thursday afternoon.can’t even leave a message. Guess I’ll have to keep trying while I’m at work on Monday. Thanks for the service.

This was my 1st time seeing Dr.Mondary. I was very pleased. She made me feel very comfortable. She was very attentive and listened to all my concerns.

The entire building is covered with super feminist decor, even ones that are quite rude to men. The decor made me uncomfortable. Then during my appointment i asked about getting my tubes tied. Dr. then told me I must get permission from my husband. So i left quite confused, are they for womens rights or against it? Total hippocrates. I will not be returning.

This was my first time seeing Dr Mondary and I was very pleased with the entire experience. Dr Mondary was very pleasant, very informative and answered all of my questions. I never felt put off or rushed.

Reading these reviews it's so unfortunate that everyone hasn't had the same experience as me. Cairns and Mondary were my OB 16yrs ago when I had my son, after moving back to town recently I saw them again with my twins. I absolutely love them. Especially being pregnant with twins I feel they gave me so much advice not only medically but as a mother expecting multiples My pregnancies were never easy but they've help me through, I always looked forward to my appointments. My phone calls have always been returned and they continue to meet my needs as I transition in life.
