My doctor is making me come in for an appointment ( when I was just there last month) just for a medication refill!! Make a healthy female sit in a doctors office full of sick people during a covid-19 crisis!

Warren Office )The doctor saw me for less then 9 min never asked if i was ok seemed like she was going threw the motions rushed threw the visit checked my breathing with my coat still on didnt even ask me to sit up on the table did this while im sittin in the chair i felt so violated , the the two nurses there were very nice the lady who drew my blood and the initial nurse were pleasant but the acting physician seemed unhappy very lackadaisical get in and get out be done with me i will not recommended anyone of color to go here just my opinion

Youngstown office is very unprofessional. Called for 4 days jusr to reschedule an aptmnt. Last time I was there I sat in lobby for 45 mins because they forgot to sign me in. Always an issue..everytime I come. I am seeking a new dr for yhe vivitrol.

Everyone at the Newton Falls office was excellent!! Organized, professional, on time, and most of all friendly!! The Dr. Took his time talking to me and didn't feel rushed. Thank you for a pleasant visit!!
