I was a patient there. Some of the staff was heelpful. But there are some that don't need to work there. Was so bad I tried to leave twice. And then they kept me for a longer period of time for no reason. Please don't have your family go there. It's horrible.

Vibra was a blessing for our mom and family. After severe and unexpected complications following surgery for our mom, we were in a very uncertain and dark place. COVID restrictions made this time even more difficult. When our mom was transferred to Vibra we experienced such wonderful care and communication. Even when our mom was not herself, the patience and care of the staff at Vibra was above and beyond. They always took time to communicate to us as a family when we called in. Although visitation was limited and eventually not possible, Vibra did a good job of giving us opportunities to communicate with our mom via Facetime, Zoom, etc. and they also provided updates M-F. We were even given staff's work cell numbers so we could text if that was more convenient. When our moms cell charger stopped working, they let her call us on their phones, and then let her use their charger until we could get her a new one. All of these small kindnesses meant so much to our family. The one suggestion we might make would be making visitation hours more convenient for those that work once it is opened back up. So hours after 3pm and possibly some weekend time. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and thankful that Vibra was recommended to us!

Vibra is the only place that does safe blood which helps with healing. The nurses & staff are very friendly & helpful, great care is given by them.

I recently spent nearly two weeks at Vibra Rehab in Warren for the covid-19. The staff there was amazing with the way I was treated. Everytime they came in my room to do a procedure on me, it was explained to the fullest. All the nurses, nursing aids, respiratory therapists, housekeeping and others were so nice and friendly. Keep up the good work. You are a 5 star facility.
