excellent service pleasant people

I really like both the Warren West & Lloyd McCoy OHO locations and I am very appreciative of thier services! I really like both my doctor and dentist and have not had a single issue with any of the office staff in more than 5 years at these offices. My dentist is both gentle and through, and my doctor is attentive and never rushes my needs. Both offices are always clean and well looked after. I highly recommend thier services to anyone in or visiting out area!

Waited half an hour past appointment time for extraction. Dentist didn't show up. Gossipy office people playing games the whole time. And my names not Krista. However that error does show you how much they really care.

Absolutely horrible they have no compassion whatsoever you will sit and sit and sit then when you complain the nurses and staff looked puzzled. Horrible Horrible Horrible

Never had a problem here. The nurse practitioner here Amy has always been very thorough with me. 5/20/22--NEVER go here for dental. When I initially called back in February, the lady would not give me prices. She said they work on a sliding scale. Well, I apparently make too much money and they charged me full price. My regular dentist charges less for x-rays and a cleaning. I had to go back for a cleaning because I needed to take antibiotics before hand due to just having had a hip replacement. Took the antibiotics got there in plenty of time. Had 2 appointments. 8:20 goes by...8:40 goes by. It is now 8:45 am and I have to be at work in North Jackson by 9:30. Now I'm going to have to wait months for an appointment when go somewhere else and take the antibiotics again. Did I mention they sent a bill to my MEDICAL insurance after I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T have dental AND they guy had called my insurance and TOLD ME I didn't have dental (which I knew) at my first appointment. Won't go here again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. As someone that works in a doctors office, this place was so unprofessional. They obviously over booked themselves beyond repair. Then, after sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and watching multiple people who came in after me get called back before me, I went up and asked what was going on. The receptionist then gave me the worst attitude ever when all I did was simply ask what was going on and how much longer it would be before I would get called back. I then waited for another half hour because I was told I would be called back shortly. After an hour and a half of waiting in their waiting room, which, by the way, was 1000°... I finally got tired of waiting and left. They wasted so much of my time, and now I have to wait until Monday to call and try to make an appointment elsewhere. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

The dentist at this location (Dr. Bhatty) has a terrible attitude no matter what. If you have any kind of dental issue or repair needing done, she makes you feel like you're the scum of the earth. Her bedside manner is deplorable. Do not recommend for dentistry, find somewhere else far more compassionate than her.

Our doctor is Dr. Hageman and he is amazing. We have zero complaints about our care. The problem with one health ohio is in order to get ahold of someone we have to physically go up to the office. I was on hold for 20 mins today waiting for someone to answer. Its like that every single time we call.

I went for my new patient appointment on a Friday, arrived early to fill out my paperwork and was seen all within an hour or so. I got some good information regarding women’s health and they were very quick to schedule my next two appointments. From the moment I walked into the door it was just nothing but positive, friendly happy people!
