Adena Health Center- Washington Court House's Online Review Report Card

You need to be able to give negative Stars. Every visit I have had with this group has been cancelled or postponed. It takes them a week to a week and a half send a new script for a refill that has expired. They have misdiagnosed and I told them from the get-go from what they were saying was wrong was not what was wrong I ended up in 4 weeks time having seven office visits and being given medicine that had no effect because they weren't treating the right thing and the medicine only gave me upset stomach and diarrhea. It's a shame we don't have a good doctor in Fayette County Ohio

We received the kindest, quickest service for a sick child today. The receptionist, nurse and Dr. Bodjanac were thorough and kind. Thank you so much.

Very patient oriented clean inside an out

The most attentive & caring set of doctors, nurses, and other staff. Every single person listens and actually hears you. The doctors are willing to seek a solution with you. I'm simply amazed at how well everyone does their job here. I would give Adena Health Center all thumbs up, all the stars, all the recommendations. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would because the receptionist wouldn’t even give me an appointment after I called a few times to schedule. Not only were they very rude when I called but acted like my referral didn’t go through after I verified it with my doctors office. I’ve never felt so patronized or condescendingly just trying to make an appointment somewhere. Being in the healthcare field myself I would never treat my patients that way. The receptionist even said “yah we know about you, you’ve called a few times and we will call you.” Guess what they never did! All for just clearance so I could have surgery and could have been a quick buck for the doctor. Really hoping this reaches the physicians there in case they don’t know. Don’t waste your time calling I was put on hold multiples times. Pretty sure she was trying to get me to hang up. Guess what, there’s other pulmonary doctors in Ohio!

Yeah. This place is a joke. Billed me for blood work that shouldn't have been billed and when i called to ask them to change the coding like my insurance recommended the receptionist told me I'd have to take it up with the dr and that he wouldn't do anything about it. No wonder people hate going to the dr's

Dr. Hernandez is young and full of hope! First visit put me at ease that I was in GOOD care!

I really like this practice and my NP Robert Leeth but they truly messed up, big time, when they lost Doctor Michael Beyer...he is the best!

I needed immunization records for my son to start preschool, I go in and they give me the records for MY SON. The records state he’s a female, his dad is someone who I’ve never even heard of. And that he’s only had one shot and only one physical exam, ever. Everything about his records are wrong! This is dangerous! Switching doctors ASAP! This place is a mess! As a result of their incompetence to record patient record properly, my son does not get to go to preschool this year because I do not have his immunization records that I needed.

Ive been trying to get in this place for A MONTH just so i can get my catheters so i don't go septic and die. And in that months times I've had ever excuse thrown at me as to why i cannot get them. This place WILL NOT be the death of me. If you are short staffed, hire people. If the website and the people Manning the phones say they are going to be open until a certain time, STAY OPEN TIL THEN. Don't hand me excuse after excuse as to why you cannot or will not do your job. If you don't like your job, simply find another don't just leave me sitting here and have me reuse the same catheter until it kills me. Im 40 years old, and unemployed trying to better my life, here i am putting my life on hold all because over a month ago nobody thought to tell me hey come in and pee in a cup and you can get your catheters. Thank you Dr Christian and staff for being such awesome people-NOT!
