List of Fayette County Memorial Hospital Pain Management Center's Reviews
A young lady I took in 19 years old, unemployed, sick & helping & got her on Medicaid last Thursday...Today is Tuesday & she was sick all day until she was balled over in pain & vomiting..My youngest took her to both Fayette Urgent Care & Fayette E.R. both told her she needed to pay $50 copay..First she told them she was unemployed & didn't work due to illnesses & couldn't afford $50 at each place..Now having worked there for a very long time why did the receptionists not tell her about HCAP and register her to be seen? My son brought her back to me I am livid to say the least & told them either she goes by ambulance to Fayette or to Clinton County...She was then taken to Clinton County where she is getting xrays & emergency ultrasound for possible appendicitis or ectopic pregnancy...This is disgusting that Fayette made this girl suffer & the next time someone comments she is just drug seeking I will be sure to contact an attorney....But Fayette Memorial you lost this girl as a patient, my sons & I because of bad receptionist training & people thinking everyone is drug seeking when we all actually have diseases and medical reasons to go to the hospital..You better hope nothing happens to this young lady because I am still going to contact our attorney since you failed to train your employees properly and they accuse her of drug seeking...But remember the millions you lost in my care that Clinton, Adena & Kettering made off of my sons & I & our friend! IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE ISN'T IT & YOUR HOSPITAL LOST A TON MORE....JUST REMEMBER FB IS A GOOD OUTLET TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES DID!

My mom was taken to hospital today from a bad fall. I must praise nurse Jackie in the ER. She kept me well updated by phone and came out in parking lot twice to talk to me since I couldn’t go in. Thank you again
Accommodating. Kind. Informative. Thank you!
I have always been treated well. Smiling faces took care of me and I’m sure some of them were not having a good day. Thank you
I was very impressed with the service I received last night from Dr. Katz and all the nurses...from the minute I walked in to the second I left. Very fast, attentive and they wasted no time finding out what was wrong with me. Many thanks to all of them!
My little family can’t seem to stop having emergencies in the last few years and I have a special needs child, so FCMH has been an ever present thing in my life. I’ve been treated there myself for broken bones several times. My son has been there more times than I care to recall. My daughter made a trip there in a squad today we thought she broke her foot at gymnastics. Is this hospital always perfect? No. However they also put up with a lot. They’re under funded in a community that is in crisis. I have some suggestions for improvement but at the end of the day I am so thankful for all the times this Hospital has taken care of my family and me. Today in particular, there was a lady working who was singing and happy. She stopped to talk to my daughter and had the kindest eyes. She turned my daughter’s tears into smiles and I think that lady would’ve stayed there comforting my little girl all day if the doctor hadn’t come along. Also, the billing department always helps me get discounts and square away my bills to as little as possible. I suppose I’ve had so many traumatic life experiences in that building at this point, it’s impossible not to see it as sort of a second home. I get in the door there so upset, but I feel like they will sort it out. And they do.
I got quality loving care when I fell and broke my hip. Nurses went out of their way to make me comfortable and the Doctors on duty were very caring
Small but mighty hospital

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
