Extremely long wait. Appointment was for 10:30. Didn't get called to the exam room until 11:10 and waited 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. After discussing my medication and having him send for refills the doctor was ready to walk out when I literally had to ask if he was at least going to listen to my heart beat or something. Especially since I'm a heart patient. Previous visit they tried 3 times unsuccessfully to draw blood for tests. I went to the lab across from the office a couple weeks later. The lab technician got it in one try. Strongly considering finding a new primary care doctor.

Dr. Hodges is super cool however I’ve been there one time. I really need to see a doctor for an issue and called today and the receptionist is a total B. I mean I requested an appointment and was told a day I couldn’t make due to working out of town and I requested another day and was advised the doctor would be out of town. I said I really do need to see a doctor for my issue and was told I couldn’t be seen sooner than the first date provided. I said I guess I will just have to power thru it she said well call if you need anything. So uncaring and rude! Now I’m looking for a new doctor because I don’t care how good of a doctor you are if your office staff is rude and uncaring then I won’t come see you. She didn’t even ask me why I needed to see the doctor which should have been a question asked!

Completely bad doctor with bad social behaviors. Completely berated my husband and myself in his lobby. Not at all competent, should lose his job as well as be investigated with how he deals with patients behind closed doors. Totally unprofessional and the amount of cussing he does is disgusting!

BUT…. For some strange unknown reason he has now denied me telehealth!! I was out of my medication for almost 4 days and it was a medication that will cause you to have withdrawals. I called his office over and over and all it did was piss them off and they made me wait even longer just because I continued to call. I was in pain and I was what you call dope sick because the medication is a narcotic!!! I have NEVER seen such a RUDE STAFF! In MY ENTIRE LIFE! Even the call center! DONNOT DEAL WITH ANGELA OR JACKIE!!!!If they answer HANG UP OR DEMAND TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE!!

AMAZING doctor, RUDE receptionists! Mentally prepare yourself before calling in... From their rude tone to their negative attitude, they will be determined to not do what you so kindly asked them to do; you must be pushy with them for them to assist you and get what you NEED done. I should not be dealing with a negative receptionist just because I NEED stuff done in order to get my medication. I didn't choose to have my condition, but the receptionist chose to have this job; they need to be either rehabilitated or terminated in order to match up to Dr. Hodges extrondinary service and kindness.

Mark himself is so wonderful. very understanding. listens and does his best to help in any way. OFFICE STAFF NEVER IS POLITE. there is one nice person but the rest act like you’re killing them when you’re just needing them to do their job. Mark is awesome tho!
