Let me say that I could not wait to complete this review. 10 Stars! Let me Add: urgent cares ARE NOT ER’s!!! If an emergency, go to the ER, not urgent care! They are different! Scheduling: able to schedule online, save time In uploading insurance info and ID. 5 stars I ended up having to call this location to ask a question and Miss Tammy, lady you are so professional, so kind and totally knew this would be our forever urgent care. Granted I love the one in the medical arts building, but this location is the BEST! Dr Rankin…AMAZING!!! You all don’t have time to read a 10 page review of our experience. Dr Rankin not only assisted with my daughter’s Strep; called us back for another concern and my youngest was treated! So caring, kind…wonderful! Miss Sydney actually swabbed my daughter’s throat and when she left my daughter said, “that was the easiest and it didn’t hurt!” My daughter said Miss Sydney completed this differently than other locations and we are both grateful. Miss Whitney is just as wonderful and smiling…I could tell this is complete teamwork at this location as I work with medical/clinical practitioners and I’m still amazed. If you haven’t visited this location, DO IT! Other patients came in and I could tell they were being treated with the same respect, kindness, professionalism and medical care needed. Of course I couldn’t hear anything…If I could give this Urgent Care a 10 STAR…I would! Thank you all for helping my youngest this evening, thank you Dr Rankin for taking that EXTRA STEP this evening. You didn’t have to and you did! You all won’t regret a visit when u are in need of medical tx! Very child friendly! Update: another visit. Thank you again Dr Rankin! Miss Niki and Nurse Christie! Wonderful! You all made another medical concern even better!

Always clean with very professional medical staff. We’ve been here several times. If there isn’t a crowd of patients (such as cold/flu season) then the appointment goes very quickly. And they have identified diagnosis that I didn’t expect such as mono and possible ligament tears.

Treated well from the moment I walked in. I was comfortable enough I could speak freely about being sick. The nurse, the tech even the doctor looked at me while speaking and explained everything clearly. Thank you 😊.

I have been here and taken my sons here dozens of times and I've NEVER had a bad experience. The staff has always been friendly, professional and reliable. Toni especially is so kind and attentive to her patients. They are my first pick if I can't get in with my PCP, highly recommend.
