Ewa Campbell's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Campbell was amazing with my son. She took the time to listen to his random stories and made him feel so special. She even took him into the hall to show off his “sonic speed” running. It makes a mom feel so comforted to see someone treating their child so kindly. During my appointment with her, I felt like she was sincerely listening to me and didn’t feel rushed at all. The office staff is also great. Very polite and friendly.

I absolute love Dr. Campbell. She is very sweet and spends quality time.

Ive never felt more judged for having an illness. I ended up never sharing her diagnoses for me because of how embarrassed and disgusting she made me feel. Any other time it was like I was wasting her time. It's been so long since ive even felt confident going to another doctor again because of her and just now having the confidence to go to the doctor again. She has lowered my trust in the healthcare system and in doctors overall, and that is something I will never get back entirely.

I selected Dr. Campbell through KHN because I was new to the area & wanted to establish a local doc that I could reach out to as I recovered from COVID. At my intro appt., all she asked me about my medical history was whether I needed refills on any of the meds I was currently taking. She did not seem interested in me or my wellness AT ALL. When I received my visit note in my online chart, I noticed that she did not note several of the comments/concerns I'd voiced in the appt. I made note of this in the follow-up survey KHN sent me, but didn't hear anything back from their team. A few months later, I called to make a follow-up because I was experiencing prolonged shortness of breath despite otherwise being fully recovered from COVID, & I was very concerned as it was impacting every aspect of my life. I got a call 15 minutes before the appt., literally as I was walking out the door, saying the appt. was cancelled & I needed to call back to reschedule. I called back immediately, only to get the machine telling me the office was closed for lunch. I left a voicemail, but did not receive a return call. I have not called back nor will I return.

I've been with Campbell since 2019 and ever since the first visit I've dreaded going back to her for any problems I've had and have had false ideas on how a doctor should actually treat you. She treats mental illness like a joke and has made me even more ashamed of my depression/anxiety/OCD. When I asked, she couldn't give me any information on the medications she prescribed me. She told me that I need to get a therapist this time around and couldn't give me any recommendations on who to go to. Told me I was overreacting and made me feel like what I've been going through isn't as serious as I make it out to be. She made me feel like I was genuinely wasting her time. I almost cried in front of her and she acted annoyed. Would not recommend her at all. Find a doctor thats gonna talk options out with you and actually seems interested in helping you.

She is very thorough and knowledgeable.

She probably saved my life and for sure gave me back a good quality of life
