Absolutely not! Waited for quite a while to have my son seen. Went back, was telling the nurse about his symptoms asked about an X-ray, a service I’ve had done at this location before and still listed on their website. This apparently irritated the nurse. She was extremely rude, asked if I wanted him seen or not and walked out while I was asking a question. This place used to be my go to but I will NEVER return after how she spoke to me and treated my sick son.

This is the worst Urgent Care around. First they charge me $60 for a physical then 5 weeks later, my card is charged $84 - without my authorization. USE CASH if you come here. They will charge your card twice. The nurse practitioner was sloppy and the rudest I've ever encountered. Terrible provider, terrible billing, the building is a disgusting old bank. There is so many urgent cares to choose from. Go elsewhere! Doesn't get any worst then here..

from the time you walk in you are greeted kindly and helped in a quick manner and the assistance that takes you to the room and get your vitals are quick and do a great job at keeping you calm the doctors have been very good and has diagnosed with great certainty

Years ago this place was awful, but management has changed, staff has changed and their level of care is 1000x better. I’ve been there twice in the last 2-3 years and have received good care both times. Wait times were not bad either.

2 hours later and still waiting on results of rapid Covid. Staff really friendly but exam room is filthy.

Not a good experience at all. The current staff is uncaring and moved like they didn't care how long anyone waited.

My wait was just 5 minutes before I was called back to a room. I felt safe and well looked after. And I was back home in 20 minutes
