I HIGHLY recommend coming here. Nate and Kate, specifically were super lovely and super friendly. From the first moment I walked in to the day I left the whole staff was accommodating and very friendly! I would definitely come back if I needed PT again.

I have finally found the most amazing physical therapist at Athletico Physical Therapy in West Chester, Brandon Bowers. When I first met Brandon he made me feel right at home and was ready to help me meet my goals and get back to walking again. Brandon never gave up on me and he would not let me give up on myself. This is so powerful when trying to help someone to recover. If you need physical therapy and you want the best, I found him for you!!!! 😀

Everyone at this facility was the perfect mix of professional yet personal and friendly. I received excellent care.

My son has had two knee surgeries in the past six months, and we worked with this Athletico both times. Each time the experience has been phenomenal, especially our experience with Brandon Bowers. Brandon helped my son focus on his goals related to not just effective recovery but also set my son's expectations to be ready for lacrosse tryouts this Spring realistically. He listened to my son and took a very personal and individual approach to the surgery recovery and prep to return to athletics. I can't recommend this location and Brandon specifically highly enough.

So are reviews only posted if you give them 5 stars??? I have a note saying my review was posted but it wasn't. Not if they injure you and discriminate against you like Julie and the woman up from who wears her mask incorrectly so her voice is muffled so if you are hearing impaired you can't understand. I called for 2 days straight. I was promised a signed according to the website; there was none there. How are they supposed to know my needs if they don't call me back. I have bursits on my left buttock and cannot sit, but cannot stand because I am disabled with a balance disorder (Meniere's but since they don't pickup up the phone they don't know this. I couldn't walk since there was nothing to hold on to and no one bothered to ask me if I would like to lie down; they gave me a pillow which made kit worse, I wanted to keep walking but knew I already had 40 plus falls this year and since the facility isn't set up for people with falls, I didn't know what to do but cry in pain but they didn't care. I was crying begging them to call me back before the appointment; but Julie is who my doctor wanted me to see. She broke so many of the PT "rules" (the District Manager Agreed), she put me through a week of pain and 3 extra doctor appointments to help with the damage she caused, where I needed morphine, maybe it's because she works 80 hour weeks. I wrote a concise statement about my experience and received a statement that it was posted as a review but it wasn't. I guess that's another failure on Athletico's part. We'll see if they post this one.

I am so grateful my doctor recommended this facility and specifically Julie Rigling PT! She is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and spent so much time with me assessing and explaining everything to me. She was very professional and compassionate. If you need any kind of physical therapy you need to come here. You won’t be disappointed!
