This is a disorganized front desk team that schedules procedures. Multiple miscommunication issues with each other. Services are scheduled but when you arrive no one has any idea what the client ordered. Procedures and prices are discussed in front of a waiting room full of people and privacy is violated. No one takes responsibility for errors and passes them off to someone else. Consultations are started and never followed up with and I had to call back to complete the process . Management should do a better job training their employees.
