I visited Dr Chin's clinic for years. Did not have any luck with them. The entire team is a mess. They don't care about your issues even it is caused by the treatment they gave you. They told you different things during the treatment. You have to do researches by yourself before you jump into there and start a treatment , do not expect them explain things they gonna do on you without asking. The reasons I chose his office from entire state because I saw he had a lot of good reviews from one website. It is about over 300 good reviews. I did feel fishy because most of reviews are posted on the similar time period. However I thought the data might pull out from other site that is why the reviews day were off. But if you compare the reviews amount to a way bigger hospital in the state, you'll never see any doctor have so many reviews. That is crazy. Don't waste time and money here.

Dr. Chin was a pleasure to work with but the rest of his team, specifically the financial team, was very sub-par. Especially compared to our interactions with Springcreek Fertility's financial team. If you have worried about finances don't be like us and get sacked with an extra $4300 hospital bill that was never quoted or mentioned to us before the procedure. I called the office and they said "we can't control what the hospital charges". That's true but you for sure know a "ballpark" number they'll charge (you have contracts with them for a reason...). It comes down to pure incompetence. Overall, Dr. Chin is a good doctor (though our last IVF transfer was unsuccessful) but his support side is lacking.

I was with Dr. Chin for years. He was our first experience with fertility treatments and had hoped my Dr would educate me and put me on the best plan for success. It wasn't until I joined a support group that I realized that going through 16 rounds of IUIs was not normal and was excessive. 16 ROUNDS!!! I know now that is INSANE! I also know how much better the lab technology and operations are of some of the bigger labs in the country. We traveled out of state and were highly successful much more quickly. You are not a test subject, ladies. Push for answers and not doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.

These people have no idea what they are doing. The most dysfunctional and unorganized group people I’ve worked with. Absolutely not trustworthy, whatsoever. Avoid this chaos.

I saw Dr. Chin back in 1997. I have never come across a better doctor. He had so much compassion and concern for my husband and I. We went thru 3 cycles of Ivf. We got pregnant but I had a miscarriage in my 4th month. I was distraught and the day I had to go in for a DNC he came to the hospital to comfort my husband and I. I did end up with two miracles via adoption 1 from Guatemala and 1 from Dayton Ohio. Dr. Chin will always hold a special place in our hearts.

From the first video conference to my first clinic visit,I knew without the shadow of a doubt that I was in great hands. Throughout this journey he is by far the greatest Dr I have had on my side. I love the communication!! it made me feel safe, made me feel like finally a person who is ready to help me attain what will work for me and my family is in my corner. The journey is not over for us because we really just got started but one thing is for sure, I have the best team on my side. Am blessed to have found these amazing people all in on office. Blessed beyond measures! I know that these things take time but am not worried because I feel comfortable,confident and safe.

I can't say enough about Dr. Chin and his wonderful staff! After years of struggling with infertility and Dr.s who wouldn't listen to me, I was referred to Dr. Chin. He is kind, compassionate, and actually listened to my concerns. His staff is friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have, and everyone makes you feel welcome. I am happy to say that I am currently 12 weeks pregnant, and my husband and I are forever grateful to him for helping make our dream a reality.

This review is over 2 years late, but better late than never!!! I started seeing Dr. Chin in 2015. He was so down to earth and relatable that we immediately felt comfortable working with him. He sits down with you every appointment, and talks to you about next steps and what to expect. You NEVER feel like he is rushing out the door. He also makes sure to treat every patient individually, and does not just "go through the motions" as though every infertility patient needs the same treatment. I felt he truly cared about us and was rooting for us to achieve our goal as much as any friend or family member would. I also LOVED LOVED LOVED the staff. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. I am now the mommy of a spunky 2 year old girl and thinking about having another, and I owe it all to Dr. Chin and his amazing staff!

Dr Chin, the nurses, embryologist and the rest of the staff are exceptional. It’s rare to find an office where you feel like EVERY team member is focused on you, your experience and your success. Dr Chin is a great listener and customizes your plan to you. He is honest and careful with treatments. Also, the office is like... really pretty.
