List of Pearle Vision's Reviews
I can't say everything is bad here, the service was fine when we picked the frames, but we were complaining about my wife's prescription, and they didn't even let us know they had someone there to retest it. We found out when we came back to pick up the frames, but then it was too late. The glasses we bought didn't fit well at all, and the glasses were cut for the eyes to sit in the middle of the lens, but her eye sat at the top, so it was always out of focus. The frames didn't have any sort of grip on her nose, so they pretty much slid off to where her eyes weren't even behind the lenses. she wore those glasses twice before switching to her old ones. This place is pretty much a "once you buy it, good luck" kind of place, because we tried but didn't get anywhere with an adjustment/replacement. So, the service is nice, but the services are really bad.
Didn't have the frames I wanted, but liked that the staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks again!
Doctor Moczek and Karmin Haver where extremely professional. Felt well informed. Highly recommend.
I have had a rather negative experience with Pearle Vision. I came here simply because it was covered under my insurance and located conveniently, but I wish I had spent more time shopping around prior to coming here, as it would have saved me money and a headache. As others have mentioned, the front desk workers are rather rude. But that's the least of the concern. During my visit, they switched me from soft to hard lens for my contacts. They charged me $200 (after my insurance) for a single pair. Not knowing any better, I paid. After doing research online, these lens cost $90 for a pair (without using insurance at all) It seems to me that Pearle Vision is implementing mass up charges, I am guessing so they can make commission. This feels rather slimy and predatory to me, though.
The manager at this location is rude and condescending. She was extremely unprofessional and rude to my daughter and I after we had eye exams at this location. She kept saying that what we were looking at was expensive and implied we could not afford them. I’ve gotten ten pairs of glasses at that store over the years and have never been treated like we were that day. We certainly could afford what we were looking at and did not deserve to be treated like we were beneath her. We left without buying anything and spent our money elsewhere and will never return.
All of the associates at this Pearle Vision store are friendly and helpful. They provide excellent individual attention for customers!
Worst customer service I have ever seen. I walked in 15 minutes early for my appointment and none of the employees acknowledged me. One employee was on the phone trying to get another job and never even looked up. Two other customers came in and just walked right past me while waiting in line and the employees knew I was there before any of them. I just walked out and will never even think of coming back here. Please address your employees negative and rude behavior.
Did not have a good experience unfortunately, would not recommend.
The lady that helped me at the Pearle Vision at the Voice of America Center on Saturday 3/6/21 was so nice(I wish I remembered her name). My son need glasses due to injuring his eye and he could not wear his contacts. He need glasses right away. She called Eyemart for me and made sure they had the lens he needed. My son was already their customer now they gained a new one ME!
Very slow service

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
