1ts time to this doctor. He never did any back ground on me. Didn't care to actually listen to what was wrong with me. He only preached for 5 minutes about how I need to do a sleep study because A cpap machine cures everything. What a u know what hole. He just wants to sell sell sell. Doesn't care about patients
Not a fan of this provider/ I went in for an inner ear infection (as a new patient) that I’ve had for 2 weeks with no improvement after two rounds of antibiotics. My ear is still visibly infected. He told me I needed a sleep study that I have sleep apnea and that’s probably causing my ear to be infected since don’t sleep on my back. My visit was a complete waste of time and money and I’m still in pain.
A very disappointing visit with Dr. Rock! He did not even know what my visit was about because he didn't even ask me why I was there to see him. Dr. Rock was condescending and only talked about doing a sleep study. When I tried to talk to him he would interrupt and not able to finish telling him about the issue I was having. I find that Dr. Rock is not concerned about ones medical issue and just promotes a sleep study. DO NOT HAVE A VISIT WITH HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO HEAR ABOUT A SLEEP STUDY! I would rate Michelle R. 5 stars as she was thorough in giving the hearing test.

Horrible. Dr. Rock did not listen to my concerns whatsoever. I went in for chronic throat clearing and a feeling that something is constantly in my throat. Referred by my primary care physician. Dr. Rock wants me to do a sleep study, and I said nothing about my sleep habits. He refused to listen to my concerns, but he really loved talking about back sleeping and even said "Cavemen slept on their backs for a reason." I've never visited a doctor who was so dismissive. He talked over me. It was incredibly frustrating. Starting back at square one.
Took care of business, efficiently, courteously and caringly .
Went with inner ear pressure. Provider recommended mucinex. Condition worsened. Called office to ask what else could be done. Provider said only other option was a tube through the ear drum to relieve pressure. I went to another provider and asked to try an antibiotic. After taking antibiotic for 3 days, inner ear pressure was gone. Raymond Rock is terrible.
SUCKED - went there for a blockage in my nasal cavity that had NEVER been there before and I’m 51 years old and all he cared about was referring me for a sleep study at “HIS SLEEP STUDY CLINIC” Now I have to start over and find a doctor who cares about his patient vs his pocket.
I went to Dr. Rock, for a problem with my throat. Didn't look at my throat until I asked him to. Told me that my problems are because I sleep on my side, and I should get a sleep study done. Did nothing for my problem. They tested my hearing, which I had not expected, then Dr. Rock just talked at me for 10 minutes about the benefits of back sleeping. Waste of my time and money.
I had an appointment with Dr. Rock today. He was highly recommended by my GP. Dr. Rock is very easy to talk to. He was checking a spot on my tongue to see if it needed a biopsy. I was happy to hear that he did not recommend this procedure because the procedure might cause more problems than it is worth. He said he can tell it is a benign spot and not to worry. I really felt comfortable with Dr. Rock. He is cheerful, listens, and answers questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
