The exam seemed rushed and was much less thorough than the dermatologist I saw back home.

I first saw an NP at this practice for acne. Started on a skin care regimen. Followed it religiously with no improvement and increasing skin damage. Went for follow up and saw Dr Russo. She told me I was just using the meds wrong (I wasn’t - was following word for word written instructions from NP). Then she prescribed all new meds topical and oral. I asked if the oral would cause a drug interaction with another med I take. She said no, definitely not. Confirmed with other prescriber and they said absolutely do not take that med - would have caused heart issues! The other two topicals? Both over $150 each. Couldn’t fill either. Spent over and hour on hold to make another follow up appointment before I just gave up. Never going back to Russo’s practice.

Best Doctor, best staff. For someone who is afraid of needles, the staff here was GREAT! No pain. Just a nervous patient. Sending my husband to have a small spot removed. LOVE this office!

Dr. Russo is a phenomenal doctor! She takes great care of her patients and tends to their needs. She has helped me and my family with skin problems.

I first scheduled an appointment with Dr Russo in January. She is the only Dermatologist in my insurance group accepting new patients and consequently had no appointments available until early May. That seemed a bit of an exceptionally long wait but okay. Fast forward to the afternoon before my appointment, her office calls to reschedule because of an emergency. No they've pushed me to July. Fast forward to July, another emergency they cal a week before my appointment and push me to September 3rd. Mind you, I called in Jan to schedule an appointment that is now on September 3rd.... Completely ridiculous and shows no concern or care for patients.

I couldn’t be happier with my first dermatology visit! Dr Russo was very personable and helped me with a treatment regimen that is workable and affordable. Highly recommend!
