I have tried many Dental offices over the decades, and I'll keep this simple: I am very happy with Dr. Forman and all of her office staff.Notably she also 'sprang to assist' out if Office Hours, and for that I am also impressed and grateful that she's my Dentist.Here in Encinitas I have two Favorites ... for more intrusive and serious Periodontal Gum work it is Dr. Ann Kania -- and for regular Dental Cleanings and work it's Dr. Beth Forman. Both also have good locations!Dr. Rob W.

Beth and her office team helped me schedule a very last minute exam of some painful teeth. They were thorough and helpful to all the questions I asked while making me feel very well cared for. I would be glad to talk with them again, and recommend this doctor highly.Sophia W

I recently moved to Cardiff, and was seeking a good Dentist. I'll share that I have a clinical background myself, and do lots of research before selecting a provider in any field. I read many reviews, to include searching where they went to dental school. I started with six, and narrowed the list to four. I visited each office, and asked for a tour. I evaluated the front office staff as well, knowing this would be my first contact with the office. I met 3 of the 4, and personally interviewed each one personally. Each dentist I met told me they appreciated the fact that I was so diligent in my selection process. I left each office with a good sense about the dentist. Having a good connection with the dentist is extremely important to me, in addition to exemplary ratings. If I feel a dentist isn't willing to take the time to really listen, gives me pat answers, or spends more time building the practice than with patients, it's not a good fit. I wanted a dentist I could form a positive relationship with, and stay with for years. After a thorough search, which took more than a week, I found my new dentist. Dr. Beth Forman, DDS. is located on Encinitas Blvd., near the Chins restaurant. The entire staff is very patient focused. The office exudes relaxation from the moment you walk in the door. I went for my first appointment yesterday...kind, patient, and compassionate. Dr. Forman is a consummate professional, and very thorough. Not a huge practice with several rooms filled with patients, and the dentist going from one to the next on a tight schedule. Dr. Forman has a small practice where she is focused solely on you. The office has every modern technological advantage. Most importantly, I never felt she was in a hurry. Matter of fact, it was the most gentle and thorough exam I've ever had. I can't say enough about how amazing Dr. Forman is. Kathy, up front is so friendly and easy to talk with; I feel like I've known her for years, and she has an amazing smile. Tammy one of the hygienists, cleaned my teeth, was extremely gentle, friendly and down to earth. For anyone who may be looking for a dentist for whatever reason, you won't find anyone else that meets the highest standards of patient care, with the most caring personality. I know, I've done all the research. Go visit her, and let her know an Angel on yelp sent you.

For most of my 84 years, a visit to the dentist has been a scary event, painful and tense and something to be avoided if at all possible. Dr. Beth Forman and her wonderful staff have totally changed my outlook. Recently I had a dental emergency and went to Dr. Forman at the recommendation of a friend. My lucky day! I was welcomed warmly when I arrived and promptly seen by Dr. Forman who throughly examined my mouth and clearly explained what she saw and then recommended several options for treatment. She is blessed with a wonderful assistant, Tammy, who also did everything to reduce my anxiety. The visit was painless.I am presently proceeding with a plan to improve my dental health. I have undergone several fillings, three root canals, and impressions for dentures ... all of this work has been pain free. Dr. Forman has taken her time to explain thoroughly what was being done. I appreciate her patience in answering my many questions. I also appreciate that she is a perfectionist in all aspects of her work.I can't close without also thanking Cathy for her assistance to me. She has been very helpful. Thanks to Dr. Forman and her staff, I no longer fear a dental visit and am looking forward to showing off a beautiful smile.

Dr. Foreman and her staff are exceptionally thorough. The office and facilities are first-class, and the staff does everything they can to make sure their patients are comfortable. They really do a great job of making sure you are well informed about everything they do for you. During my procedures, they took numerous photos of my teeth, and showed me in detail exactly what needed to be done. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me on any of the services they offer. When I walked out of their offices, I didn't have any doubts about the quality of the work they'd done. That's a first for me when it comes to my experiences with dentists. I highly recommend them.

Nice, quiet location. Plenty of parking. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very comfortable waiting area. Staff has always gone above and beyond duty to make me feel at ease. Dr. Forman is the best! I have had all kinds of dental work done and never had a problem. Highly recommend!Angela

I have been a patient for many years. I have a great fear of having dental work done but Dr. Forman and her wonderful staff have made it easy for me. I have had many crowns and a bridge and will continue with her as the years go on.
