Carefirst Urgent Care- Westerville South's Online Review Report Card

Originally, I had this five star review. Things have changed here. “This is the third time I’ve been here to get a Covid test for travel. They were very quick and I got my results the first time within two days waiting on the next one it’s only been a day. Also I had to go back and have my leg glued and Steri-Striped where I had a deep cut, It was an hour after I left from my Covid test and they were very quick for that too. Very nice staff and doctors. Love the hours. This is the third time I’ve had a Covid test here now. Found out at the last minute. They had the results in 15 minutes with the antigen test.” I came in very sick with an extreme Headache, sinus infection and blurred vision. The app wasn’t working and they wanted me to fill out paperwork. I explained to them I couldn’t see because my vision was blurry. The girl at the counter was busy doing her nails and would not help me. I ended up going to Weststar urgent care and they took me right in! Will not go back here

Needed a temporary refill on a prescription to last me until my next doctor’s appointment and I said that to ten woman at the desk and all she said was, “they can’t do that. They can’t proscribe anything like that”. I said I just need a refill and she goes “they can’t do that” she was rude, had na attitude and was unhelpful. Fire her.

Rude staff (except Medical Assistant) The Dr. Did not even introduce themselves. Quick visit so that was a plus.

Worst experience ever seeking medical help. I cannot more strongly recommend that you use any other urgent care. I left with more injuries than I arrived. I went in seeking help because I was having an allergic reaction and was not able to breath adequately. I informed the women at the front desk that I was feeling like I was going to pass out and was pointed towards a QR code to “check in”. The lady at the front desk had a personal phone call while I completed the “check in”, no care in the world. Once I completed the “check-in” I was then handed a paper form to fill out. Filled it out and then was asked to provide my form of payment. At this point I stated that I was going to pass out but was told I couldn’t be helped without providing payment. A co-worker to the front desk told me, ”this isn’t the ER”. I provide a form of payment, and was admitted to a room. I explained to the Nurse practitioner what was going on and then she left. I passed out all alone in the room and woke up still alone. I then helped myself onto the table. Fun fact, I later found out that one of the front office workers heard me hit the ground but thought it was the NP moving furniture. She didn’t think that it was me passing out and hitting the floor just after I told her that I was feeling like I was going to pass out. I was given an ice pack, some prescriptions and allowed to lay down as long as I needed until someone came to pick me up. Please use a different urgent care.

Absolutely horrible. Came in with a migraine, neck pain. Walking in the girl at the front never even turned to speak to me... Asked me to sign in with my phone, while having the worse migraine. Nurse girl walked in like what's up?. The most unprofessional urgent care I have ever been to. Basically told me she couldn't give any pains meds.. and said it as if I was a drug addict. I left and went to the emergency room. No wonder that place sits empty. RUDE AS HELL.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in because I couldn't see very well they helped me fill out the paperwork and everything. It only took an hour to for everything. In and out. I will never go to the ER again. I'll be using CareFirst Urgent Care from now on.
