Dr. Shipp is the nicest doc EVER! He was incredibly respectful to my children and I and extremely friendly. He listened to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He is beyond knowledgeable and made us all feel important. A+++

Dr. Shipp is very caring and pays careful attention to detail. He is greatly respectful towards his nurses and others in the room, and particularly towards his patient. When I showed any discomfort, he was immediately concerned and stopped to take care of the problem. He explained what he was going to do, what I could expect, and the projected outcome.No one could have been more professional. The end result was outstanding.

Always quick with responses on OSU MyChart and great bedside manner during appointments. The only downside is that appointment availability is booked out pretty far. Worth the wait though!

I am a new patient of Dr. Shipp and am happy with his attention to detail and ability to translate tech medical know-how in terms a patient can comprehend. Although my appointment was scheduled to check up on my moles, Dr. Shipp went above and beyond to address a foot skin issue I had previously consulted a pediatrist for. Having completed one (benign) pathology report, I'll trust him to monitor my skin health go forward.

I wish I had read these reviews before going. Did not receive any diagnosis or treatment but another, different doctor was able to identify the issue within seconds. Still received a massive bill even though essentially zero services rendered.

I got a huge pimple on the back of my neck that I tried to get ride of for so long. The pimple still there after over a year of treatment and I feel like the job has never get done, and the results of everything isn’t close to what I spent in time and money.

Dr. Shipp was not the most caring doctor I've ever dealt with. The appointments were virtual due to COVID and I didn't really feel like he was listening to my concerns. He didn't want to communicate over messaging so I had to make an appointment just to get 75% of my questions answered. I wouldn't really recommend him. He may be knowledgeable, but I didn't get to experience that knowledge because it was all so rushed.

Absolutely terrible. Every time i'd go in I would feel rushed, and couldn't even talk about my thoughts or concerns. He zips in and out of the office with zero care about the patient. He messed my prescriptions and lab orders up and never apologized. I would avoid him at all costs.

A real great doctor. When I met him I had vitiligo on about 75%-80%of my body and with Dr Shipp help and knowledge the progression to recover my natural skin color has been fantastic. I appreciate you being the first part of my journey to recovery from having vitigo.
