it is a shame I have to leave a review rating so low. Dr Kim was actually pretty great, however, the billing office is terrible. I have been trying for months to get an almost 2k refund. I was forced to put a deposit on surgery despite being very close to my out of pocket maximum. That deposit was made 11-30-21. I have received 2 bills in the mail, when I call I'm told "Oh those were errors, disregard. My insurance company has paid all my care in full with this office. I'm given different excuses each time I call in regards to my refund. As of the date of this review, 2-5-22, I am still waiting to my money. Unfortunately, I will have to leave this office still in post op care as the time and stress trying to get MY money returned is just not worth it. Update 2-10-22, this office also will assign out of network providers to your case without your knowledge or consent. my procedure was 12-1-21, I found out from insurance on 2-8-22 via mail. this results in thousands of dollars out of pocket for the patient. UHC is still waiting for correct and complete claims to be sent to them. this office is the only one that seems to be having an issue. UHC has sent out over $140,000 in payments to the hospital without question within 30 days of the procedure date because their claims were CORRECT AND COMPLETE. BEWARE

My entire experience at OrthoNeuro has been wonderful. I had terrible pain down my left leg and buttock. I was unable to turn in bed, sit on a toilet, etc. My pain went on for 8 months until I found Dr Rohl and he performed L 4/5 decompression surgery on October 12, 2021. I can’t thank him enough for helping me. When I woke up from recovery my pain was gone! I’m so amazed, and extremely grateful to him. I never truly understood how bad I felt until now. I am 100% better!! So much better that I’ve been told to tone it down a notch cause I’m still healing. I cannot say enough about OrthoNeuro and Dr. Rohl. Again, thank you so much for helping me!!

Best OrthoNeuro Surgeons in Central Ohio! Had three knee surgeries.

Surgeon great, his PA was super, the casting crew fantastic but the business office, accounting. And scheduling needs improvement for the New Albany location. I was told after a break in my leg it required surgery asap or I could have permanent damage. I received a call late the day before my surgery and was told I had to pay my entire insurance deductible, which is quite high, or I would have to reschedule. I tried working out several options because my deductible would have already been paid by my visit to the ER. They said it didn’t matter and they would not make any arrangements. I had to borrow money in order to keep the appoint. 6 weeks later, I had to call the business office in order to get my money back which was always lost when I called. Did get it back after a lot of headaches.

Just everything! They are very kind and helpful! Highly recommend! AAAAAA+
