Dr. Rusterholtz was not friendly at all, and completely dismissed my concerns as "a problem with my marriage". Absolutely ridiculous. I would never, ever, recommend this cardiologist.

I saw Dr. Rusterholtz many months ago and did not receive the help that I needed. She did not make me feel understood and did not take the time to look further into my symptoms. She was very rude.

A presented to Dr Lori Rusterholtz in the ER of St Josephs Hospital in Tampa Florida as a 42 year old female in the middle of a WidowMaker Heart Attack! She LITERALLY saved my life that day. Here we are, 10 years later and I am a fully functioning, totally grateful mother of 4, grandmother of 3!!! I OWE HER MY LIFE

Writing from Tampa, Fl.Because of Dr. Rusterholz I am alive today. It is because of her skills as a diagnostician I am able to right this. It took her about 30 seconds to pick up abnormal findings instead of blindly following the ultra sound report read by a cardiologist instead of a radiologist. My aortic valve was almost totally calcified. She immediately did her own u/s, scheduled me for an immediate cardiac catheterization, and set me up with a nationally known heart surgeon for immediate open heart surgery.I found her caring, compassionate and professional. I have recently retired from the medical field due to cancer. I wouldn't hesitate a second to put my life or the life of a family member in her hands. Thank You Dr. Rusterholtz.

No communication to family, at all, in regards to next steps for treatment. As a result, multiple phone calls, to multiple doctors, offices, and nurses trying to find the answer, and much unnecessary stress put on the family and patient.

Her bedside manners are greatly lacking. She spends very little time with me when I do see her. I will look for another heart doctor. At times she is actually rude. Another doctor with "God-like" attitude.
