List of MIchael D. Reep's Reviews
I left this office with tears! Dr Reep assistant “Carolyn” was a horrible person! She had no empathy and refused to listen to me while I am explaining to her my hair loss problem! She lacks humane skills and respect for patients. She was in hurry to be done with me and go to the next patient! I felt I am in some type of business store not in a DOCTOR OFFICE. I felt like I am just a number not a patient. Dr Reep wasn’t a good listener either and made me feel like I talk too much! Doctors now days are like businessmen; NO EMPATHY, No respect, no care etc…What a horrible experience I had in this office? I left more stressed and wasn’t feeling any confidence in this doctor. Dr Reep didn’t really like my comments about his treatment plan since I had same problem before and was treated by Dr Matthew Janik at Cleveland Clinic. But he ended up adjusting his treatment plan according to my preference. The patients have every right to decide what it is best for them especially if they had same symptoms before. Arrogant doctors make patients loose trust in them. I will never go back to this Dr and his nasty nurse!
I will start off by saying Dr. Reep & Julie D are excellent. They have treated me well and their treatment plan for my scalp has worked wonderfully. Now, looking at past reviews, it's nice to know their office staff is not up to the standard the doctors seem to hold. My insurance doesn't start until this coming Friday. I was told I would be self pay. I advised they can bill me as this re-scheduled appointment was their fault in the 1st place and I needed to be seen. My one prescription was 5 or 6 pills away from being gone with no refills. I was advised by Debbie, who is in charge of billing, that they would see me this time around versus being told I could not be seen when I arrived a few weeks ago for my appointment. The female who was in the office with me, before and after Dr. Reep saw me, would not give me her 1st name after several attempts. I asked for her name so I could have it when I spoke with Debbie next. She said I was all set and left the appointment room without giving h
Dr. Reep is one of the best. He is very cognizant of one's problems and addresses them with a great deal of professionalism
Not only is Dr. Reep attentive, friendly, professional, and efficient, but his staff is, too. I am always greeted cordially; have never had to wait; have been examined professionally and expeditiously; and have always left with a smile on my face. I have never had a bad visit and have always had nothing but the highest respect and warmest regard for Dr. Reep and his staff.

I was not impressed! He saw me for about 3 minutes, and when I told him I wanted to pull out a list of things I wanted to discuss, he said "if we have time". Wow - I have never felt so brushed off.
Always have to wait for someone to call back, never answers phone. Any prescriptions have to be done through their special pharmacies with prescriptions that my insurance company and pharmacist never herd of. Was told "they are specially designed". Three prescriptions and none of them covered but was able to give me a "special" discount.
Each and every time I have visited Dr. Reep I have had a fabulous experience. If he was unable to deal with my problem he referred me to another doctor
Dr. Reep was incredibly rude and did not seem to care one bit about my visit. He interrupted every time I tried to speak or ask questions. He looked at my skin for about 3 seconds before deciding to prescribe 3 medications without explanations or warnings. It's been a little over a month and my face has never been worse. One medication in particular is incredibly painful and burns my skin. I have had to call off work due to extreme redness and peeling. It is difficult to hide and is affecting my everyday life. Overall, my visit with Dr. Reep lasted less than 5 minutes and was very unpleasant. The staff was rude and dismissive, adding to the unenjoyable experience.
Possibly the worst doctor's experience I've ever had. Not only did Dr. Reep not listen to what I had to say or give me a chance to speak, he spent 3 seconds looking at my skin & then ignored my questions & requests. He was in my room for less than 5 minutes & seemed annoyed with me and anything I said. He prescribed me 3 different medications with no explanation or warnings. One in particular is incredibly painful & burns my skin so bad I've had to call off work due to extreme redness & peeling.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
