I went to see Dr. Aldrich regarding a concern that I had with my son and she went above and beyond to get to the root cause of what was happening. She contacted his primary pediatrician to discuss his case and personally called me with follow up recommendations. She was thoughtful, kind and I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Aldrich is knowledgeable, pleasant, and straightforward. She relieved a major flareup of eczema on my hands and arms after just one appointment, and she is helping me to maintain my skin (after a follow-up) so that it doesn't flare up again. The appointments have not felt rushed, and I have felt that she was considerate of my questions and answered them completely and clearly. I would very much recommend her -- and have already to a family member!

I had been waiting for over 3 weeks for Apex to send my prior authorizations thru. I finally called to see where we were in the process to be told call my ins company myself and find out what is covered they did not have time. 2 more weeks have passed I am calling them daily to only be treated poorly and lied to. I have asked to speak to someone higher up and have been trying to work with them for over a week now, Rochelle and Nilda. Still being lied to again and again. I am 5 weeks in now with no medicine and can not even get them to send paperwork to my Insurance. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them.

Highly unlikely. I went to see her for acne and she never even looked at my face. She kept wanting to prescribe birth control that I wasn't comfortable taking. She even made reference to the fact that I was using the pill for birth control, which is not why I am taking it. She also was condescending and asked if I always do what my mommy wants me to do. I was very unhappy with her care and her bedside manner. I will not return. I may be young, but I do know quality healthcare and this is not it.

My first visit with Dr. Aldrich was a very good experience. I will continue seeing her and will highly recommend her to others. Dr. Aldrich has such a pleasant manner, did a thorough exam, and took the time to make sure my questions were answered.

Dr. Aldrich addressed every one of my concerns and furthermore provided care far better than any care I've received by a dermatologist (which, I've been to many dermatologists!). I would highly recommend Dr. Aldrich to anyone and everyone!
