My mom had to have oral surgery and I have to say both times it wasn’t a long wait and everyone puts you at ease. Very professional and great communication. Would recommend.

I would like to combat the 1 star comment. Regardless the wait… the staff and doctors are amazing. They put you at ease. No one wants to see an oral surgeon. It’s something you have to do. I was scared and uncomfortable and everyone made it such an easy experience. I can’t express how amazing this office is.

Dr. Ray is professional, courteous and friendly. In my opinion, He is the best oral surgeon in the Cleveland area. I experienced the best dental care at this practice. The staff made me feel like family and they we’re kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Dr Plona was great. I went in a nervous wreck, but in talking with the doctor he helped put my fears to rest. It was a pleasant experience, considering that I had a tooth pulled! I highly recommend Dr Plona. Him and his staff took excellent care of me.

Dr Raymond Plona is always professional and clearly explains what he is going to do. He answers any questions that I or my wife have had for him. Great doctor and is extremely pleasant to talk to. We are always comfortable with him and the staff... as comfortable as you can be when having a tooth pulled that is!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out this morning. Staff was awesome. Put my mind at ease because I was terrified and dr raymond plona was just wonderful. Very happy with the service and he even called me tonight (yes the surgeon himself called) to check on me and see how i was doing.

I was scheduled to have full extractions, alveo and tori removal. AFTER I was sedated he changed his mind! I woke up with teeth and no woke was done which he promised to do. Instead , he pulled 3 teeth I wasn't informed of! Never again!!!

I've had a few teeth pulled over the years. While having a tooth pulled isn't high on my list of things I like, this was a good experience, Dr Plona is by far the best that I've seen!
