Место было ужасным, я имею в виду, что они не давали моему отцу лекарства вовремя и не кормили его мягкой пищей. Они заставили его есть чипсы, когда у него нет зубов!

I’m still here for therapy. 4 days and not one therapy lesson. Slow responses to everything. Foods terrible. I find everything wrong with this place.This is the worst place on earth for therapy. Most nurses are nice and helpful. The worst thing wrong with this place is the nurse in charge when I was there.I dont known her name but she’s a tall, slim redhead 83 years old. She’s mean, rude, and thinks she’s overly in charge. She told me to not record on my phone and to shut it off completely.This place should be shut down for good. It does not even deserve one star!

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. If you love your family DO NOT send them here. We moved my Dad here to get him closer to home. Within 2 weeks he was dead. His death certificate said he died of Sepsis which is totally treatable with IV antibiotics if the staff or Dr. Kalo would have cared enough to send him to the hospital to get him treatment. The staff is very unprofessional and uncaring. There are much better choices for your loved ones than this place!

I'm not happy with this place. They dropped my mom. Always telling us shes fine and sleeping. When she was at the hospital she was doing good. After 3 days there she passed away. She also called my sister begging for help. They didn't even change her gown from the hospital. We sent a bag full of things with her. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Our family is heart broken.

My mother-in-law is there right now. They are not calling and updating my father-in-law with her condition. Now, when they were supposed to be allowed in on Monday to see her they get told she tested positive for Covid. No more information than that was given. They have moved her and would not provide my father-in-law her room number so he could call her to talk to her. He is not receiving any information. Very poor communication!

This place needs to teach the staff some matters they are rude to people that try to check on family members that are there and telling the family they are not allowed to talk to that family member

If you love your family, avoid this place. I would honestly avoid all nursing homes at all cost these days because they are dangerous. Loved ones are suffering alone, they are not receiving proper care and attention half the time, but worst of all, some are even dying because of it. I, and many others, hold this place responsible for the death of the only father I'd ever had in my life. He wasn't even in their care for 8 hours before passing away after being neglected when he needed help and diar medical attention. It was too late by the time they checked his call light and finally looked in on him. He waited so long for help that he even called family at home to reach out for help. Family is pursing legal actions for wrongful death.

This place is horrible, my mother was here only 3 days and she was dropped while they were taking her to dialysis, her call button was broken and replaced with another button that didn’t work. She called me begging for help and we had to call the nurses station to get someone. On her third day there she was taken to dialysis and the center rushed her to ER and she passed away that evening in the same gown she was in when she got there 3 days before. If you love your family member I wouldn’t suggest going here. I only gave the one star because it made me....they didn’t even deserve that.

My mom was at Best Care in 2019, my dad was there in 2020. Both had excellent nursing and therapy care while at Best Care. The nurses kept me informed on their status and their outside appointments. 5 stars!!

Best Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wheelersburg, Ohio  killed my brother by their negligence. He went in for rehabilitation. My brother arrived there around 12:00  but was pronounced death by 8:55 that evening. They put him into the farthest room from the nurses desk. He needed to be closely monitored because of his heart issues but they didn't do it. They didnt care that he was freezing and couldn't be bothered to give him one of the blankets that was brought to the facility for him. My brother turned his call light on trying to get some help because he couldn't breathe and the nurses ignored him. It had been on for a while  and after having nobody coming to his aid he called outside the facility to ask our sister  to get help. He could barely breathe.  Somebody from outside the facility had to call the nurses station and and tell them to go check on him. When they finally went they found him unresponsive. They waited too long. Had they done their job and answered the call light my brother would have been alive today and out of that terrible deathtrap of a place. Never, Never, Never let a loved one go there. I would give less than one star if I could. O stars would still be too generous.
