My husband got a new cpap machine. The customer service went above and beyond what was expected. Jeremy noticed that my husband was very confused and called to inform me. Turns out he had a series of mini strokes.

German dealt with my mom when she had DASCO a few years back and he did an excellent job explaining how my C-Pap worked and when it needed cleaned etc. He also went above and beyond to check when I could be expecting my C-Pap and when the system still showed that I was “on queue” to receive my machine and it had been 3 months from the order date he got me a machine comparable (and was okay by the sleep center doctor) so that I did not have to wait any longer. Definitely would recommend.

Jonathan delivered medical supplies for my grandmother 2 days prior to Christmas. He was very thorough with his explanation with the equipment and very caring. He also followed up the next day to see if we needed anything else and was thrilled that she had made it home before Christmas.

I visited with nice ladies on Wednesday October 13th 2021.Ms. Brittany and Ms. Chris.Between the two of them they answered my questions and paired me up with a nose pillow that I believe is going to work well for my BiPAP machine. You should give them both a raise!

Husband was sent home from the hospital in the evening with 24/7 oxygen. They neglected to tell us the tank was only good for 3 hours. When it ran out, we called Dasco and explained that the hospital forgot to tell us details. At 11:30PM Jonathan from Dasco delivered a tank and portable and explained everything to us. He was wonderful on delivery and on pick up when my husband no longer needed it.Chris was wonderful to deal with at the office!!! Very helpful.

Yesterday I received my new hospital bed from Brittany and Johnathan. They did a marvelous job setting everything up, explaining how things worked and making all the necessary adjustments. I am happy with my bed and the fine people you have working for your company. Thank you.
