nice place but doctor never asked me anything as new patient, but my wife went in few weeks later she was in room for an hour! really don"t care for place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sent me a bill from over 4 YEARS AGO. They “lost” it and now want me to pay. Um. Wow.
Everything about that place upsets me. They don’t work with you and they just don’t care. Just want our money.
to start maybe not sending stroke patients home the same day they had a stroke? the patient care is getting really bad there@
Can’t even go to my Doctors office without new staff in and out within the last 3 months. Absolutely terrible. I’ve been at Norwalk Primary Care for years and the new heavy set lady “ ask for my insurance and assumes it’s government insurance!?!? “What is it CareSource? “ To me that’s judging me by the color of my skin, I’ve never had any help from the government . I work my Butt off and pay good money for my health insurance , and if someone can’t afford insurance what gives her the right to ask it in that way? Customer service is truly lacking . . I was in the office for 36 min and all I seen was her lazy butt on her phone the whole entire time , laughing and talking so loud, I could hear her talking thru the glass window about a patient , good god I could probably hear her loud mouth from freakin China. It looks super terrible on fisher Titus part it use to be friendly and loved seeing everyone but now I could careless if I come in. So many things are changing and losing good staff. That’s such a shame. 🤦🏾♂️
Went to the emergency room bleeding with a partially severed thumb and was left in the waiting room 3 1/2 hours. After complaining I finally got to a room and waited another half hour before seeing a Dr. Was there for a total of 7 hours. There were only 2 prop in front of me and don't know what their condition was but I know none were bleeding with partially severed body parts. The only way I'll come back here is if I'm unconscious and can't tell someone no.
miss diagnosed. now I'm facing possible surgery. how can you not see that a bone is broken in half? I was told that I only had tendonitis. what a joke.
You are one in a million, best among many, most trusted , I almost gave up on trading then I met through a friend, Mrs Jane Gilbert the most trusted trading expert who helped the life of my family and I , I also recommended her to my friends and family member who also have become financially successful thanks to you ma'am, I have lost a lot but you gave me hope and faith that forex and binary trade could help, and you proved it when I invested just $750 and earned $15,480 in just a week, since then it has been profit after profit all week, I am asking the entire public to invest and be financially successful like me and my friend who have had same experience. Want to give a shout out to Fisher-Titus ER for the absolute WORST experience tonight after letting my bleeding baby with a head laceration sit in the waiting room for 5 hours while they continued to take MUCH less urgent patients back AND discharge them before they’d see my child with no explanation. I understand triage, but the wrist pain that came in AND was discharged while we sat in the waiting room (just to name one minor complaint patient that passed us by) while my baby sat there with a split eyelid and blood running down her face...5 hours later when you finally take her back, the doctor looked at her for <10 seconds only to say they’re not going to do anything for it because “the blood dried over it”. We sat in the waiting room for 5 HOURS OF COURSE THE BLOOD ENDED UP DRYING OVER IT. The doctor didn’t even TOUCH let alone clean the laceration before we were discharged. They did absolutely NOTHING for her. Oh and not a single chair or surface was disinfected or cleaned the entire 5 hours we sat in the waiting room so great job on that Covid prevention!👎🏻👎🏻
First time at this hospital for Kidney Stone issues, fabulous staff!!! Highly recommend

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
