The level of care as declined since my MIL was in there years ago. They used to be caring and efficient. The 2nd shift nurse is rude and nasty to patients. They take away my Dad's call button . I am beyond livid.

From my first encounter with Locust Ridge, I noticed the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help residents and visitors. The Administrator's Friday newsletters are appreciated. Mr. Freedman became a true friend when without being asked helped me free my car from wheels spinning in mud beyond the pavement.Perhaps a few pictures could allievate bareness of walls in hallways.This msg was supposed to be posted months ago.Consistent friendliness of staff is still deserving mention.

So when I get there the nurse practitioner is in the room talking and I just listened to all she had to say .very informative and all of the nurses I have meet so far are down to earth and super friendly, so far awesome experience at locust ridge nursing facility

My Sister and I met with Kayla, Beth and the Director of Nurses..We talked for quite a bit about the Facility, had a tour, and the care my Mom would get..I was more impressed about how they treat the residents like family..When we left, we were very comfortable with the decision to move her..Unfortunately her health got worse..Sure wish we would have found this place early..

Staff was very friendly and my friend that's a resident had only good things to say about his stay at Locust Ridge. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the facility could use a facelift in regards to the decor.

The staff at LR are tops at what they do. It's a very friendly facility, yet Administrator Nate Freedman runs a tight ship which helps makes the staff so easy to work with.

Nurses are very caring and efficient in caring fory husband. Thank you Locust Ridge nursing home. The administration is so very helpful in all the paperwork and financial services. The therapist my husband really brags on them. Thanks to them he is improving so much.
