Gordon Bodzin's Online Review Report Card

I had my inguinal hernia surgery with Doctor Bodzin and his team. I feel great. The procedure went exactly as Doctor Bodzin and his team said it would go. Stay healthy my friends. My prayers to all of you and especially Doctor Bodzin and his team.

Dr. Bodzin repaired my inguinal hernia yesterday. I am quite pleased with results. I have always had reservations about Lake West Hospital. Well, Dr. Bobzin and the entire operating room staff changed my opinion. They did an amazing job! I read rhe negative review about one patient having an incision coming open. I know, because I tend to be a “Bad” post op patient, that things like that happen when you don’t follow the post operative instructions. If I could award Dr. Bodzin 10 stars I would. He is that good!

Dr. Bodzin is a lifesaver! I had surgery Friday he saved my life and I will always be thankful. He is an excellent surgeon and a very good listener. I thank you for taking very good care of me.

I had surgery September 2019. Dr Bodzin thoroughly review my options and potential implications of delaying or not having the surgery. The Pre-op tests discussion at Tri- point were thorough and ensured I was informed about the procedure and after care. Pleased with post-opt visit attentiveness as well

Dr Bozdin did inguinal surgery on me. My surgery was done on time as scheduled. He explained the details of surgery as well as recovery procedure. I expected serious pain for at least 3 days but had only one night of pain. I was up and walking the very next day. If you follow his instructions to not lift over 10# and avoid pushing and pulling you can expect full recovery in 4 weeks( for a job that requires heavy lifting) otherwise if you have a desk job you can expect to be back to work in a few days. At my 2 week follow up I felt like my old self but was warned to follow the lifting and pulling and pushing guidelines. To sum this up, I would highly recommend Dr Bodzin.

I had surgery 3/22/19, the operation was terrible. the wound opened up I had to go to an ER and then to a urgent care then again to my family doctor. I finally had to see a plastic surgeon/wound care specialist for 6 weeks. I asked Lake to review the surgery and they sent me to collections and told me it was done correctly. so if it was done correctly why am I out $400.00 for special wound care supplies, and an ER bill which I had to pay due to out of network. Also I have to pay the wound care doctor and my family doctor. I also lost a lot of time at work due to the wound opening up, so I am out that money as well. I would never recommend Lake Health, Tri-Point or Dr. Bodzin. So thanks to all the expert care I am in collections and out a couple thousand dollars. And the scars hurt and look like crap!!!!!

Dr. Bodzin repaired a bi-lateral hernia for me on May 30. 2019. I found him to be informative and very professional. After discussions with several members of the operating team and hospital it was clear he is very well respected in his professional circle with an excellent track record. So far a very good experience. I would recommend him without reservation.

Dr Bodzin is very kind and also cares about his patients. I was also impressed with his concern about smoking and taking the time to explain why you should quite not only to me but my wife as well. Dr Bodzin really cares about his patients , what’s best for your health

Dr Bodzin performed surgery on me, he repaired two hernias .It was quite complicated but he took great care of me. Yes at first I thought he was arrogant, he's not arrogant he's right to the point. He told me exactly what I need to do so that there will not be a repeat of this surgery. I did not take it personal, I took it as a doctor who cares about his patient. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Bodzin is absolutely the best! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he has the most amazing bed side manner. He is kind, caring, warm and trustworthy. I wish my family could use him for everything! Never met a doctor like him!!!!
