Dr. Bailey acts Aloof and is Disrespectful. She ignores my opinions and tells me that “I don’t know what I am talking about”. It’s my body and I know how it Feels. When I told her about the Meds I take, she tells me I am wrong. I need a Doctor who cares about their patients’ well-being and opinions and one who does not like to get into a “War of Words”.

Dr. Bailey always takes time to listen and ask questions. Went for a problem with pain and she was right on the mark with what was wrong. I was given a prescription and have been virtually painfree since it kicked in.

Cant say enough about Dr. Bailey, she was my primary care doctor for over 12 years before my insurance changed and had to say goodbye. She always took the time to hear my health issues, she is very understanding and helpful. She is such a caring person as well as a great doctor. I would still be her patient if I could.

Dr. Bailey has been my doctor for many years. I will be her patient as long as she is a Doctor. or leaves Willoughby. She is kind, concerned and confident. She is like a friend with her patients.. (She also treats two of my sisters I recommended her to. ) She tells it like it is and pulls no punches. If you need her to be strict about health matters, she is. She never makes me feel rushed or stupid like most doctors do. A plus for sure.

I had been a patient of Dr. Bailey for over 20 years. She has listened patiently to all my complaints about aches and pains whether real or imagined. If you are looking for a doctor who will get you in when needed and spend time listening I highly recommend Dr. Laura Bailey. She even left an Indians game to tend to me. Now I have moved to Houston and it will be hard to replace this doctor.

This doctor does not care about patients at all. Her staff is incompetent and completely rude. Andrea and Shannon are the worst. They were downright mean and had horrible attitudes. I would never go back to this doctor again. I am finding a new internist.

all she cares about is testing, she couldn't give a crap about how I "felt". Her staff is rude. I have been seeing her for the last 3 years and today was the last straw. I am getting my file and going elsewhere.

SHE IS A GREAT DOC, SHE SPENDS TIME WITH YOU AND YOU DO NOT FEEL RUSHED. ANYTIME I CALL FOR A EMERGENCY APPONTMENT I CAN USUALLY COME IN THAT DAY.
