Wow! Is the word for how terrible this office has gone down. Since around 2018 when I first became a patient. I can NEVER get the proper blood work done when needed, getting refills good luck! Once I was told my lab paperwork would be mailed. If I received my paperwork, you received my paperwork too.I had to go up to the office weeks later after not receiving papers in the mail. Leaving messages for Dr. Brinkman, it’s like Dr. Who?. Either she never gets the message or it’s being ignored. Forget getting a callback. I can go on and on about how this office; that was once prompted by seeing and hearing their patients was their #1 priority. To being misdiagnosed, lab work not first, the patient being with held prescriptions because the Doctors office is not calling the pharmacy back or calls are not updated to know lab work is done and to refill that prescription (s). Lastly, once I went into the office to get lab work and couldn’t get it done because the person was out sick. Really? No one to come in? What about having 3-4 lab techs. Ensuring this will not happen and you will not have to wait over an hour to have blood work done. I had to drive to Lake Hospital lan to have my blood drawn. Now let’s see what will happen on Monday; when I call to report I my lab work. Will Dr. Brinkman get my message and do refills? Or will I be on hold for over 10-30 minutes, without any and respond. I have to find another Doctor, period.

Staff has gone down in terms of friendliness, not welcoming, fails to get messages to doctor had to physically go up to the office in order to get my medicine refilled. The phone system is terrible usually on wait just to talk to to someone minimum 45 minutes to an hour. Just a terrible turn of events with this office.

Dr. Brinkman is never in the office. She does not listen to your concerns and she doesn’t follow up. I’ve been sick for 2 weeks and can’t get an office appointment. I was offered a Telephone visit, but how can you properly diagnose and treat a patient with asthma over the phone. I’ve officially fired Dr. Brinkman and her staff, and looking for a new physician.

Staff is friendly. Angela is extremely caring, and I feel comfortable around her. I had her as my primary doc for 10 years. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient for about 20 years. She is such a good doctor I have followed her from Madison,to Painesville and now in Willowick. She is an amazing person as well as a wonderful doctor!
