I went in initially to see if I had Covid. I had had Covid before and had all the symptoms. Nurse Patty told me my test was negative, but with my symptoms, she ruled it as Covid so that I could get rest and meds. After 2 weeks of a lingering cough, I went back to see what it could be. She tested me for pneumonia and gave me some shots and a breathing treatment as well as medicine. All this to say is that if nurse Patty is working with you, she will do whatever she can to figure out what is wrong and will try her hardest to get you well. I also love the girl at the front desk. She is empathetic and so sweet and respectful. If I have to go to urgent care, this is where I go!

Don't go here don't even waste your time. To start with they don't even have a doctor at this location they sit you in front of a computer to see a doctor, not even a doctor a nurse practitioner on telemed. They tell you they will send in a prescription to the pharmacy and NEVER do. It's been 2 whole days and still no prescription same thing for my son, no prescription. They are frauds don't waste your time here

Very unprofessional. Would have rather taken the prescription myself to get it filled so I didn’t have to wait around all day for them to decide when to send it over . So after the 2 hour visit being the only patient in the office I also had to waste time for 2 more hours to pick up my medication. I will never go back there

DON'T GO HERE! We went in for a sore throat and headache. There was NO provider there and the lady working the desk had a "nasty" attitude. We declined the covid test and asked her to check his ears and do a strep test. She proceeded to belittle us and said that there was nothing she could do to help us and that she would refund our money and that we would not be receiving any tests or services. Terrible service, horrible attitude and complete disregard to customer service. DON'T GO HERE! UPDATE: We went to the other urgent care clinic in Wilmington. The other clinic is much nicer and have a provider full-time. Turns out my kids have strep not covid. My kids suffered am additional 2 days because of the nasty attitude we were met with at CareFirst. We're never returning.

I went on a Sunday from another town cause it was the only Urgent Care open to help me with my hives. From the minute I walked in they were so kind and friendly. Super compassionate and you felt like they really cared. This was the best medical staff I have ever had treating me. I will make this my go to Urgent Care. They actually took the time to listen to the backstory of my skin and I really felt they understood. Id give them 100 stars if I could.
