I originally had went to my OBGYN in Kettering who I have been seeing but she made me feel not heard or valued as a patient. Looked into Dr. Patel for a second opinion and felt heard, valued and understood in todays visit. His office is clean and the staff is friendly. Sam was the best and most friendly MA I have personally ever had.

Dr. Patel has been amazing throughout the past several years with my care. Always friendly & professional. My ablation surgery was a week ago & I'm satisfied with my care. Never once have I felt rushed or not listened too. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. I went in for a cervical cancer test and an STD test. They called me right after I got home to let me know that they hadn’t collected the right amount of money from me as there was a miscommunication between the staff about what I needed done at the appointment. They asked if I could come back and pay the remaining $40 or if I would like to be billed. I asked to pay over the phone and they said I couldn’t, so I asked them to bill me. I never heard back from them after that. I called a week later and they told me my cervical cancer test was negative but they hadn’t gotten the STD test back and didn’t know why. 3 weeks later after me calling them 4 times and leaving messages they finally admit that they disregarded my test because they didn’t receive payment. The payment THEY TOLD ME they could just send me a bill for. The American healthcare system is a joke and this office is a great example of that. If you can’t pay they’ll simply withhold your results or throw them out. What a joke.

Love this office. Dr. Patel and Gail took great care of me. I work in Cincinnati and have many choices for Doctors. This is hands down the best! Great staff also, from the window back. Friendly and made comfortable environment! I will always be a patient here🙂.

I think Dr. Patel and his staff are the Very Best doctor’s Office anywhere in the country!! They care about their patients and very courteous in every way!! I wish there were more doctors like that but sadly there isn’t. I would recommend them to everyone! You won’t regret it! May God Bless You All!

Everyone at this office is friendly and knows how to make you feel comfortable. Dr.Patel delivered my oldest daughter almost 19 years ago and my youngest was delivered by a former Dr from this office. I refuse to go to any other OB/GYN!

It went very well. I’d never seen Dr. Patel before so was pleased that our visit went smoothly. I had to wait because he was in surgery but he and his staff were very cordial and apologetic.
