Why does a dr's office repeatedly say the dr is not accepting new patients? Doesn't his practice rely on clients? I never experienced this before.

Notice after his name, DO, not MD. It's harder to get into a school that offers the MD title vs DO. You can get into DO medical schools with lower test scores. Food for Thought

I'm not sure where the good reviews are coming from. I never even got to see Dr. Kissinger because there was a three month wait. Instead, I always saw a nurse practitioner. However, Dr. Kissinger made a weighty decision about my health without ever seeing me as a patient and I find that to be extremely unethical.

Dr.Kissinger takes his time with his patients, his practitioners are very knowledgeable and kind, staff is kind and knows their patients too.

I would NEVEERRRR EVEERRR RECOMMEND A PLACE LIKE THIS TO ANY SERVERLY ILL MEDICAL PATIENT. HERES THE DEAL. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT THEN ENDED UO IN HOSPITAL FOR NEMONIA AND MISSED THE APPT. SO I CALLED THEM TOLD THEN WHEN I WAS RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL . I MADE MY NEW APPT . I GO TO MY NEW APPT. THEY TELL ME THEY WILL NOT SEE ME DUE TO A NO SHOW. I WAS APPAULLED . THEY CLAIMED I GOT MANY PHONE CALLS. THEY DIDNT EVEB HAVE MY CORRECT PHONE NUMBER HOWEVER I DID G8VE THIS INFO TO THE LADY WHEN MAKING THE APPT BOTH TIMES. I HAVE GRAVES DISEASE I HAVE NEMONIA AND IM SWELLING WITH EDEMA. BACK TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM I GO. THESE PEOPLE ARE FOOLISH. IM DISSAPPOINTED AND MY FANILY SHOULD SUE IF SOMETHING WORSE HAPPENS RO ME AND THEY WILL. WE HAVE ALL THE PHONE CALLS RECORDED AND NO ONE BROUGHT ONE SMIGIT OF TUIS TO MY ATTENTION WHEN I CALLED . I WOULDNT NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTORS OFFIXE TO ANYONE. VERY VERY VERY UNETHICAL.

My family Dr left Trinity, so a friend told me about how great Dr Kissinger and Staff was . I have not seen Dr Kissinger yet , but will soon . I seen the nurse practitioner, Joy Urban . She was excellent along with the whole staff. Couldn't be nicer and very thorough. I am glad my Dr left now . Highly recommend .

He listens, he cares, he never appears to be in a hurry, he talks to my face not the computer, and he's right on top of everything. He's also knowledgeable about complementary approaches. By far the best primary care doc I've ever had!
